I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life by a person that is suppose to be a professional and the owner of a company. They show up to do repairs when ever thy want they were here 5x to do repairs, i was called a liar, i was threatened a number of times today i was told to leave my own property because I was micromanageing the crew and preventing them from doing there repairs wow. I have lost so much through this whole experience, my floor is ruined has to be replaced, i lost alot of crafts and products, i could not get electricity because the building leaked so bad, i saved for a little over 12 years to build a building for my retirement job and fell in love with the style of this building this should have been the most exciting day of my life when it was finished but it turned out to be a very sad experience I am very mad at myself for even going through this company to fulfill my dream. what a racket. between the contractor they used locally that had so many issues to the fact they can't give me the specs on the garage doors leaves me wishing I'd never started with them. If you're in mid/north Michigan hit me up and I'll be glad to to share who NOT to use. This company needs better contractors! and NO customer should have to hunt down their own specs for YOUR product. buyers beware. Alison, they started building on unleveled ground. again , shoddy work and will likely have issues down the line that will cost me more. keep looking if you haven't committed. frankly I wish they'd take it down and refund me all but the labor. what a racket. read more

Our 5 month old building blew over . Ask them to come out and see if there was an installation problems. Was told they didn't need too and told our dealer to block our phone # and not talk to us. read more

Crew didn't have all parts needed to start the building when they arrived. Left screws all over my yard along with trash including fast food bags and pop cans. We told ANS and Motor Mart (3rd party) that the larger door needed to be 10 foot tall because of a work cube truck we own. Yet the door is not. It's only 9.6 feet high. We have called several times only to get the run around, rudeness, false promises to check into the matter and call us back. We even sent them pictures to show that the door can be mounted higher on the rails. They will not respond. They just blow us off. They have their money. So f* ck the customer! They don't give a sh*t about us and our issue. They will do the same to you! read more

Erica is extemely rude when confronted on shoddy work.. Bait and switch. Need to pay more. 6 months and job is not completed. Left jagged steel at entrance door. Lied about coming back out. Got the invoice wrong. Paid two invoices. Then Charlie says needs more money to do what was supposed to be done in the first place. Shame on you!!! read more

ordered carport for delivery to Wisconsin in 8 to 12 weeks. received a call carport would be delivered after 7 weeks on 9-23-16. on the 23rd received a call saying the truck broke down and it would be another 12 weeks before the carport could be delivered. that would put delivery around January 1st. I canceled the order given Wisconsin weather in January. Was unable to order from another company at that time to insure delivery in Oct. or Nov. Not a very reliable company . Would NOT recommend!!!! read more
