When we called today and introduced myself, asking for Missi, she hung up on me without saying anything further. We tried calling back several times with no response. We would highly not recommend this company due to their very poor customer service, which can be a significant problem in future projects when you need reliable communication. After we left a negative review, Missi called me back from a hidden telephone number, trying to represent a different company "Cart On 12" (where we also left negative feedback which is posted on Google) and tried to figure out who we were and why we left the negative feedback. This disappointed me even more and makes it seem like this company is not focused on plumbing at all.

They had the new hot water heater installed, removed the old one and the area cleaner than when they arrived all before 10:30. Curtis walked me through the settings and operations as the old heater was from 20 years ago, and lots has changed over the years. He explained all the features and answered all my questions. Curtis and Scott were very professional and pleasant to deal with. I know they will be my first call when I have a plumbing need.

The owner left me to install the gas dryer and hook up on my own, with no communication that he didn't plan on finishing the job. Very high attention to detail, and quality of work was better than I was likely to do myself, but more importantly, was pro-active in solving problems with rotting wood, and aesthetic issues with my original color scheme, taking care of problems outside the original task at a very reasonable rate.
