About 10 minutes into our hour and 40 minute commute back home the tire pressure light came on in my new to me ride. We pulled into the next gas station to check the tires pressure and discovered the back passenger was low, like down 15 PSI than recommended. My husband filled the tire and to my dismay the light refused to darken. We both agreed, not knowing the vehicle, that maybe it took a little bit of driving for the light to dissipate. Now 45 minutes into our return commute I stop to check and it has lost all air he had added, bringing it back to a 20 PSI. I immediately called the dealership. After recounting my story to the lady that answered she threw up a possible explanation. The cold air can cause the pressure to decrease. It's not Antarctica and no, that simply is not the cause. She transferred us to the service department where the representative listened to my tale and agreed that they would look at it and to bring it back. Begrudgingly I headed back up the mountain to the service center to have my car inspected. We waited approximately an hour and 15 minutes. The representative assured me they were bumping me to the front of the line and he would have a tech on it ASAP. We waited in the cold and unwelcoming waiting room of the service station. Eventually the tech came in to tell me there was a bad tire valve and he replaced it. We were then on our way. All in all I appreciate that they took me first, BUT it was kind of their responsibility to catch such a problem before the sale. The vehicle was newly inspected. Seems this could have been avoided entirely. Overall they were nice and if I lived in the area may consider having them regularly service my vehicle.

We ended up here because it was the nearest one to where we were at that point. We went in and meandered around the store for a bit until we found the section we needed. As we are looking over what they had to offer a sales associate approached to ask if we needed any help. We took him up on it and he discussed the items he had that we might be able to use. I'm not completely sure, but I think that the guy helping us could have been the store manager for how helpful he was. He guided us through the items, completed the purchase, and even came outside to help make sure we put the item in the car correctly. Even allowed for me to use the restroom inside since I was in need. He even was able to help my brother with a question for a part. Pretty amazing since there was not a computer in front of him. He was able to tell us the rough price and how long it would take for them to get the item in if needed.
