They went above and beyond, adding a third coat of paint to certain areas where it was needed, as well as, touching up a small area in the bathroom that wasn't even a part of the job scope. I would 100% use Thomas Painting again and recommend them to anyone looking for a painting refresh!

Each company rep I met with was very personable, provided very detailed quotes and quite frankly were all priced very similarly. Paint brands were comparable across all quotes too. That said, the combination of numerous positive reviews (most on Google) plus the reasonably priced proposal finally sealed the deal with Thomas Painting. Plus, they had an opening that aligned with the timeframe that I was aiming for. Terrence, Jason and Stephania did a high quality job with our interior painting job. They were extremely polite, professional, prepped everything prior to painting and cleaned up daily. Each person was responsive to all questions, concerns and accommodated additional color selections. Terrence also had additional people on site a few days to ensure the job was completed within the projected timeframe. If you're deciding between painting yourself vs. getting it professionally done, do yourself a favor and just go for it! What Terrence and his team completed within a week would have probably taken us numerous weekends spanning several months (or in our case, postponed indefinitely). Having the house professionally painted was 100% worth the money. Overall, their work exceeded our expectations and I no longer cringe when I look at my baseboards! Every member of my household is beyond pleased with the end result. I will not hesitate to reach out again when we need the exterior painted too.

If you do this, consider it a death sentence to your home. I had a small water leak in my kitchen. The plumber removed a portion of drywall to find the leak and we saw that we had a spot of mold about the size of a potato. I called my insurance company and filed a homeowners claim. Elements came out about a week later and said they'd get started the following week. The first thing they did, was have me sign this form I spoke about. I figured it was standard and that it was just part of the process. I was wrong. Once I signed, Elements told my insurance company is was a $10,000 job and that they needed to basically destroy a 10x10 foot area in my home... which they did. They did this, solely to scam money out of my insurance company. When they told me they were going to basically ruin my house, I of course told them "no". Then they told me that once a mold claim is opened on a home, that the home could not be sold unless the mold claim was officially certified / closed. Basically, this meant that I HAD to let them ruin my home, or else I wouldn't be able to sell my house in the future. This was a lie but, I didn't know any better at the time. Anyways, they thoroughly ruined my whole kitchen. Removed 2 walls, ripped up carpet, removed tile and busted my kitchen cabinets and ruined my counter tops. All this for a spot the size of my hand, that could have been fixed in about 5 minutes with some anti-microbial spray. 5 months later, my kitchen still isn't back in order. I had multiple contractors come out and none could match my existing cabinets or flooring. The worst part is that the Elements workers were so sloppy, that they damaged parts of my house that weren't even in the work area. The bumped equipment into my walls, they banged up my front door and they ruined my floors in multiple spots OUTSIDE OF THE WORK AREA. When I called them about it, they just ignored me (since my insurance company was paying them, I had no leverage and they didn't care how they treated me) So now I've spent thousands to fix my kitchen ... my cabinets no longer match, the guys at Elements broke my granite counter tops in multiple spots, and my floors need to be complete redone... all because Elements wanted a bigger check from my insurance company. Companies like this, are the reason the cost of insurance is so high. These people are professional scam artists.

Rejoinder - Paul Davis of North Florida…read more Paul Davis of North Florida continues to evade responsibility through denial and misdirection, despite overwhelming evidence of misconduct. If they maintain that they did not commit insurance fraud as i rightfully asserted, they must produce the signed Certificate of Completion (for the mitigation scope) they claim to have. I never signed such a document, and the assigned adjuster, Teri McGowan, confirmed she did not verify or approve the project's completion. The burden of proof lies with Paul Davis--not with the homeowner. I provided extensive, time-stamped photo and video evidence clearly showing that significant portions of the home were never cleaned or restored. Their own estimator, Randall Minor, acknowledged these deficiencies and confirmed that unused scope items would be removed and refunded to the insurer. I categorically reject the claim of any outstanding balance. In contrast, Paul Davis owes me for stolen insurance funds and damaged property. Their attempt to deflect accountability through vague responses is unacceptable and must be exposed.

I had multiple companies come out and quote me for a METAL roof -- specifically standing seam, NOT corrugated. There's a lot of strong competition out there, so I was extremely picky. These guys didn't just try to compete, they went above and beyond to stand out. The install came out amazing. Were there a few issues during the process? Yes. The ladder crew damaged some stucco -- they fixed it. The pool solar removal got a little messy -- they fixed that too. That's the difference. Problems happen on big jobs. What matters is whether a company takes responsibility and makes it right, and they absolutely did. The attention to detail impressed me too. They even painted the roof pipes black so everything matched cleanly. Small touch, but it shows they actually care about the finished product instead of rushing out the door. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the final result. Check the photos below. The roof speaks for itself.

While this leak was noticed after their industry-lagging 5-year warranty expired, a roof should last longer than 6 years before a significant portion needs to be replaced. Additionally, if you do go with this company, be leery of their warranty since they informed me that even if this leak was discovered within 5 years, it still would not have been covered because they claim it is because of bad flashing, which they did not replace in the reroof.

Somehow, they sent a crew to fix it and then realized they could not and in that time they decided it was no longer them who broke it. The kind woman working on the phones actually said to never use their service again and hung up! I reached out to a plumber (review to come soon) and he put be in touch with this business. I am so glad! They came out immediately and assured me they would help me throughout the process. I do not think I could have been sent better people!! Seriously, Garrison and Mike have been super helpful! Garrison has been communicating very well as far as what they are doing, what to expect and their plans for the following day. He's been very empathetic and caring throughout this. I have a LOT of belongings and the majority have been destroyed. The worst part is, I was in the midst of unpacking before I left a month ago because I recently purchased this home. I have boxes of clothes, shoes, accessories, purses and so much more that are now trash. Mold on so many things. Due to the bed sitting in water, the legs have cracked, clothes on hangers in the closet smell like mold. It's a disaster. I was upset at the beginning because this is not what one wants to walk into. My plan was to unpack boxes, not pack up what I can salvage. Needless to say, IF you find yourself in need of a restoration company (which I hope you don't), you can't go wrong with Garrison and Mike. If I could give more than five stars, I most definitely would. They will not disappoint you! I must say, if Garrison were not there, I'd probably be more stressed about this than I am. THANK YOU Garrison!
