Turns out they are not a GENERAL CONTRACTOR AND ARE ONLY LICENSED FOR PAINTING AND PRESSURE WASHING. I called the city of Jax out of curiosity as a condo owner to ask if they pulled permits for the job. They did NOT PULL PERMITS, and the city fined them $6,000 because they were not licensed to do this work. Pledgers got another Co. to cover them with a license, and continued the work. Now that they have reached my building they are refusing to do the work on my unit, discriminating against me, a SENIOR CITIZEN, since I called the building dept. on them. This Pledgers Co. are not truthful, and are breaking the laws of the City of Jacksonville.

They covered everything in my home. This was especially important to me because part of the job was painting my ceilings. They pulled all nails and patched the holes where I had pictures and mirrors. I was told the job would probably take 3 days. (was getting my whole house painted. ) They ended up finishing in 2 days. The work was very professional.
