If I could give them a 0 star I would. At first it seemed great bc they charge less than the standard 10% and they required no down payment to get my fiance out of jail. However, once we were late they continuously called an harassed my mother in law and my self claiming if we didn't pay they would bring us to jail and so on (which they can NOT do). Now they came to remove him from the home and the bond agent by the name of DAVE LOWRY kicked my bedroom door in (which does NOT have a lock on it) and let off a taser while my fiance was already sitting. He was sitting a foot away from me and the idiot tased ME instead! Completely missed his target and almost hit my 1 year old son! I am trying to get in contact w corporate and am getting no where as they are giving me the run around. Completely incompetent. read more

This place is the worst no one there knows what the other one is doing. My husband was bailed out by them. My husband has been going to his court dates he called in to check up and see when his next court date was and was told he he had one coming up so the day of court he called to double check cause they have told him in the past that he had court and he would go wait only to find out he didn't have court so that morning they told him he didn't have court that day but he had missed 2 other court a dates confused cause no one told him he had missed 2 court dates and he had been checking in so he called to speak to them again and they told him to go to the office and they would give him a letter to take to court so he can go and make up the court date this was on a Friday my husband had been extremely sick and couldn't go to the office cause of him being so sick with a stomach flu but was able to go in on Monday. My husband goes to pay and pick up papers and the arrest him add on $100,000 bail for missing the court dates (do to their lack of communication with each other and being so unorganized.) and will not reinstate the bail and they tell the jail that my husband is still sick which he is not and they jail wants to house him with the covid-19 inmates this is total BS. We have called asked them to go back and listen to the calls my husband made to them cause they are recorded but they said no they don't have access. WTF are you kidding me? WE WILL NEVER EVER use them again they are horrible wish i could give negative stars. read more

This place is so unprofessional and rude it's very sad . My family has been trying to bail my brother out for the past two days and been getting the run around . There is no communication what so ever .. every time you call it's someone else answering the phone with different information and changing the percentage, bail amount, payments etc. I have asked to speak to someone higher up " manger " and still haven't received a call . The last person I dealt with over the phone was David he was very unhelpful,nonchalant,and sarcastic about the whole situation like he didn't care and I was simply explaining to him how for 2 days straight me and my mom has been getting told false information and no one seemed to care about solving or problems or helping my brother. Definitely a 5 star location! Customer service was stellar! Having never had to contact a bail bonds company before. I reached out to Answer Bail Bonds and they went above and beyond to get me all the information I needed. While the individual I was inquiring about was not yet booked into the system they informed they could call me back with all the information once the person was booked. True to their word, later that in the evening I received a phone call back with all the necessary information I needed. Unfortunately i needed to bail a loved one out so i called here, #1 The lady that works there is rude with an attitude.#2 I had to go up there an additional time after filling out paperwork and giving them money upon what was agreed and find a couple other cosigners last minute and give additional money @12 am or he couldnt come home. A couple other ppl ive talked to had bad experiences with this company as well. If we could redo it he probably wouldve just stayed in to bypass all the bs with these ppl. read more
