I took a bunch of costume jewelry in a week or so ago. I was happy with the items they selected to resell, and even left the rest for them to offer in a "jar" of random "stuff." Didn't get much, nor had I expected a great deal, although some of the pieces had value to me (mostly sentimental). The best part of the experience was working with Sean and then Bob, who was able to quickly connect me with a very nice person who was willing to buy a rather valuable guitar I was wanting to sell. I usually just donate things when it's time to let them go, and will continue to do so. I do have a few more items to run by Bob and Sean first, and appreciate their knowledge and the connections they have for things that they can't take. Very, very nice people and a wonderful array of things to browse. read more

We've gotten a number of cool, one of a kind pieces from this place, after following the owner from their former location at Townhouse Antiques (?) on Central. It's hit or miss, like any collection of antique vendors, but pricing is usually reasonable and they have frequent sales. Plus, the collection of sales folks are a charming blend of eccentricity and friendly, and you never have to look too hard to find one. This is in our regular stable of antiques haunts, and we stop in once or twice a month. Will see y'all soon! read more

A really great, weird selection. You can find most anything so as an antique shop it's amazing, but unfortunately for covid it was less impressive. Most weren't wearing masks and distance didn't seem to be an issue for people but they are a small, local business who can't alienate that demographic. We wanted to go support local and weren't sure what to do on a Sunday afternoon. We were out for a drive on Menaul and saw this place. You could literally spend HOURS here. There is something for everyone here. I bought the cutest little blue spray bottle for $4! I was so excited. Antique shops always feel like a treasure hunt, and I love it So happy to have stumbled upon this place. The staff were all very nice and knowledgeable about much of the history in their store. read more

I visited this antique store with my husband today. I was looking for something specific and I found it. We were happy with our find! Anteeks on Menaul gets my highest recommendation. This place is great! I find things there that I cannot find anywhere else in Albuquerque. Employees know the inventory and will gladly show you what you are looking for. Other malls have said they have too many dealers to know what is in the store and you just need to look around for yourself. I buy for theater sets and do not always have time to browse around. So I really appreciate when I walk in and am told right away if they have what I am looking for and where to find it in the store. Prices are fair and they are willing to negotiate. Staff are friendly and helpful, not snooty like some in other places. This place is my first stop any time I am looking for set pieces. And if they don't have what I am want, they will suggest other places in town I can try to find it. read more

I was excited to go in here.. I'm looking for a musical instrument but wanted to look around as well. After browsing around for awhile and not seeing what I want I realize I'm being followed by a much older man who asks me if I need anything.. I said "no .. I'm just looking" because he just seemed... ingenuine, rude. After which he proceeded to turn around and make some comments to another very old man calling me "anorexic" and so on, just basically picking on my weight like this guy is mentally in 6th grade or something. The older guy even laughed. And they were obviously too ignorant to realize I could hear them right there making jokes on my weight... a female probably a third of their age. Everyone in there seemed quite grumpy to be honest and ruined the fun experience of looking through antiques. I really don't know how someone gets to be that old in age and still has not cultivated any respect for other human beings. Next time you feel so creepily infatuated with how a younger lady looks.. just think it over while you look down at your own belly and maybe decide to keep it to yourself. I decided to leave because he was literally following me around and giving me the full on creeps. And as I walked out the door a very old man came out to watch me get in my car looking frightened and confused trying to watch me get in my car.. haha. Me and my small purse. Lol.. as if I was a weird "anorexic" who'd just taken off with a typewriter.. Idk. Sad, pathetic display by the people working in this store. Please tell your staff to have common respect for the patrons in your store. Or just i dont know EVOLVE? read more

I was surprised to find an antique mall inside with so much stuff in every kiosk. It was a nice shopping experience. I wasn't really there to buy but ended up with some lovely creative items that met my fancy. Staff were helpful and courteous. Some prices were too high for my purse but all in all I found treasures for myself and for gifts. It was a little hot with the mask on but that probably depends on the mask :-) read more

used to love this place, a customer until today. was treated extremely poorly by employee, denied use of the bathroom because he didn't think i was a customer. he watched me as if i was going to steal something, and defended himself when i came back (from a competitor antique store close-by, where i bought what i intended to buy in this store) to tell him how how his rudeness lost this customer. for the sake of the store, i hope they get rid of this douchebag. read more
