Stay away from this place especially if you have an expensive valuable handmade rug. My partially silk Tabriz rug has two different colors now plus all colors are all washed . The original colors were white and pink (classical Tabriz) and now all colors are beige colors .I am also super impressed how they managed to make the rug look like divided in half with two different pallets of color . Besides the poor quality of job they have done which is not reversible, I have three different types of receipts from the drop off of rug till the day I have picked it up. I have a large hand made rug 9X11 that needed cleaning. Because it's wool and handmade it needed to be cleaned by a professional, specialty rug service. Mike came out to our home and looked at the rug. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a quote. He told us the rug would be done in two weeks. After two weeks I hadn't heard anything back so I gave them a call. Mike explained that they were short on staff, so it was taking a little bit longer than expected. When they delivered the rug I was a happy customer!!! It was so clean and pretty and there was new padding for the entire rug. I would definitely use their rug cleaning services again. He picked our rug at our home, did a great job cleaning it (it doesn't smell of heavy chemicals), he took the time to explain his process of cleaning rugs too! And he brought back our rug to us. This is a wonderful family-owned business. We brought four, unique Afghan carpets to One World Rug Care. The carpets had been stored in our garage and were infested with bugs and were coming apart. One World had the knowledge to restore the rugs, but they did so at an incredibly reasonable price and they did excellent work.
