Today I witnessed him calling a customer curse words and saying that he knew nothing all because the owner did not think the guys question/concern warranted his attention. As an owner of anything you might not agree but you never call someone and idiot and curse words because they do not believe everything that comes out of your mouth. I was apologized to and bought my product. It was brought up that owner has an illness and this is what caused this. I will tell you as a consumer it does not matter what you have or don't have if your a jerk to your customers. I send prayers to the owners family but this is still not an excuse. Again, this was not directed at me but seeing how a customer was treated was enough to never to back. They wouldn't send a service tech an amazing 23 DAYS after I scheduled it IN PERSON at their office. They NOT ONCE even called to apologize or let me know if my pool was EVER going to get fixed. Half of my summer recreation was F*** U* because these guys don't know what customer service is. My pool has sat nearly four weeks collecting algae because of these folks They have a "D" rating from AngiesList.com and a ONE star rating on YellowPages.com AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!

After many calls and many promises to show-up, and no calls to let me know, they finally did show. It's took another 3 weeks to get them back out to install the pump, which immediately cracked, as in the same day. It took another 2 weeks to get them back out. They took apart the pump unit and took it with them. Mind you, I reaffirmed 7 times face-to-face during the service call that they would return on the day they promised. They did not and did not call to let me not know. ., but they did show up only one day late,. I was pleasantly surprised, but when I turned the pump on, it was still leaking and continues to leak to this day. I am supremely disappointed with this company.
