The woman (Bonnie I believe) that contacted me shortly after they received the request was quite pleasant and scheduled a technician to come out the same day. A couple hours later a gentleman showed up and accessed what needed to be done. Said they would get ahold of my home warranty company to get an authorization and that they should be able to get it done tomorrow. Great! This morning I contacted WMC Plumbing and they said they were awaiting authorization but that they should have it shortly. They called back and said they would be dispatching a tech and that he should be at my home within an hour or so. An hour or so later Kyle showed up. Super polite young man. My husband pointed him to where the pump was and we went about what we were doing. Awhile later he let my husband know that he was done and showed him what he had done. Kyle is a great plumber. He works very efficiently and clean. I am adding a photo of to show off his great work. In our humble opinion, that young man deserves a raise!! Having a home warranty saved us a ton of money but I'd pay market value for Kyle's work, it was that good. Anytime I need a plumber I will definitely be calling Wilbourn & McCabe Plumbing and will recommend them to all of our friends and anyone that is looking for a recommendation.

Then he acted like he did not know how to get under this house. The home is in the historic district. It is well over 100 years old. We spent our stimulus money on a new metal roof. Grandkid lost their job, got evicted. Moved in house. Had domestic violence. House was trashed and not clean. Had been getting rid of old carpet. Need water to clean properly. He took a photo of the trash, told me he was not being judgemental but he was. How can a plumber not get dirty? They work with sewage. He refused to do the estimate. I hope to let whoever contracted this company know about his having contempt prior to investigation. Or maybe just a bad day. He certainly did not care about my family as customers. I am married to a wealthy man . He tells me what to do. He said write him a bad truthful review. Here it is.

This company is a nightmare to deal with…read more We hired them to drill a water well. You have to pay $750 up front, but that doesn't get you a date for drilling. No. That just puts you in limbo. Once they have your money, they've got you, and everything will be at their convenience from then on. They will jack you around by refusing to give a solid date or even week when they will come out to drill. We waited six weeks. Finally, we get a date, but it kept changing with the driller making up one excuse after another why he couldn't do it. We had to take off from work, only to discover the driller didn't want to do show up. I later learned this is because the drillers pick up extra side jobs from people who haven't paid the $750 up front and do them before the customers who paid and are waiting! You can't get anywhere when you call the office. The women are rude and treat you like you're a demanding diva when you---shock! horror!--- request a solid work date. The operations manager is useless. He is oblivious to what is going on and couldn't care less how dissatisfied or inconvenienced the customer is. They did eventually drill, but it cost us a lot more money in terms of lost wages, etc, and it was a hassle. And they didn't give us a driller report because the state doesn't require one for dry holes. (You still need one, it gives you geological information on what's under your land for if and when you chose to drill again.) Save yourself a huge headache, and extra expenses and don't bother dealing with this awful company. UPDATE: A friend hired AOC to drill a well in his yard. They kept putting off the date like they did us, finally they showed up without warning when he had to go to work. He came back home to find his driveway completely covered in mud.
