A simple "oh I'm sorry, we're closed right now even though our store door is wide open, please come visit us when we're actually open at X time". We picked up two felt ornaments (a dinosaur and dog both wearing red scarves... they are currently hanging out on our mantle and I affectionately refer to them as my little troublemakers because they remind me of my husband and dog). I get to feel the righteous glow of supporting local artists through a non-profit cooperative store. Be aware that as I write this the Yelp page, January 2, 2022, it still shows the gallery on Plaza street. The gallery moved to 334 Center street in mid-2021. The new space is larger, more brilliantly lighted and airy feeling. A fun place to leisurely browse.
