So I have been shopping in this store and it's sister store for 2 years have spent over 4k and…read moretruly love these shops but I bought a pair of pants on Thursday and wore them Friday for 2 hours the pants ripped during regular activities and by the way they were big not tight and the assistant manger who was sold me a 1k jacket one year earlier at the the time was super nice was not only rude but disrespectful she at no time remotely had any shown sympathy or remorse just basically tried saying that construction was good and they are good quality yes there was a little dust on them because I wore to an event which I had to leave to come back to hotel and change. If I was the manufacture I would no longer allow this shop to carry my $207 pants with this kind of customer service. I never get upset or ever post anything but this really upset me.

I asked if they were cool with my pup in the stroller and they were! The sales person also held my item that I wanted to purchase at the register so I didn't have to carry it around. She also nicely offered a dressing room, but I didn't feel like trying anything on. Store was very clean and had super cute clothes and accessories. Adding some pictures here. Made an appointment to bring in clothes for consignment. Appointment was cancelled at the last…read moremoment. After two or three weeks, I emailed Roe to see if she would contact me for a make-up appointment. After about a week, she replied that she would try to "squeeze me in." This was very off-putting. Also, their pay-out policy is strange. I have been consigning clothes for a long time, and I have never dealt with a business like this where we have to beg them to take our things. Very disappointing. It would have been nice not to have to go into SF where there is a wonderful consignment shop. Guess I'm going to SF from now on.
