About 5 minutes later a woman entered (me thinking it was a customer) and I smiled to which she responded "can't you see we're closed". I was taken aback by her curt comment and replied that I just assumed someone was in the back and her reply was "well obviously no one is in here". Confusing situation all around as I have never entered a closed store because generally I'm aware it is closed because the door is not wide open during the day..... I would never give this woman my business. Situation could have been handled way differently. A simple "oh I'm sorry, we're closed right now even though our store door is wide open, please come visit us when we're actually open at X time". Can't imagine she's running a successful business with her approach to customer service.
