Not only were the front office staff and nursing staff courteous and professional, but so was the man himself; Dr. McLaughlin. They are very punctual; I didn't even have to wait 10 minutes to be called back, which is a great start! But I was truly impressed that each and every staff member had a smile on their face and were truly genuine. Dr. McLaughlin himself has excellent bedside manner and doesn't scurry away if you have questions that you would like answered. He and his staff make you feel at ease...which is helpful when you're stressed about allergies (ha ha). Today I asked my husband to find an allergist for me and my daughter and he found Lake Allergy, Asthma & and Immunology. He spoke with Cindy, who was extremely helpful and like an angel from above. My daughter and I were able to get in today. This staff is the nicest office staff: every one of them welcoming and friendly. Dr. Cooke is fantastic and listens and doesn't rush. He is very knowledge and explains things well. I am delighted to now be a patient in this practice. That new appointment was rescheduled, then again, now May of 2026, my July appointment was just canceled. So 9 months after initally calling and trying to make an appointment, I'm look at 12+ months for the next available appointment. Still haven't been seen. Go elsewhere.
