The Bottom line is that I would NOT recommend this Dr to my worst enemy, if I had one. The reasons…read moreare as follows: I saw Dr Jalloul in his Clermont office on May 1, 2026 for help in getting a new CPAP machine, after 9 months of trying to replace one that quit working. The One positive thing I can say about his "help" is that he did finally get approval from Medicare for the replacement. Beyond that, my time at that office was one of the most unpleasant experiences EVER in a health care office, and as I've since discovered, a Total waste of time. That first day, after I had waited for close to an hour to be taken back to see Dr Jalloul, the lady who took my information in readiness to see him was Extremely rude & uncaring, cutting me off every time I tried to explain my reason for being there. When I finally got to see the Dr, he wasn't much better. He seemed hurried, distracted and generally disinterested in me or what I had to say. I wrote the experience off as worthwhile, as it seemed I was Finally going to be able to rest again with the help of a new CPAP machine. It was a month later (June 2) that I picked up said machine from Adapt Health. As I have been using CPAP therapy for 20 years & this was my 5th purchase of a CPAP machine, I anticipated no problems with the process of receiving and using the new one. I was mistaken. Dr, Jalloul's specifications for the air pressure were totally wrong, which became more apparent the first time I tried use the machine. I couldn't breathe at all & after 5 minutes of trying to make it work, had to revert to using the travel CPAP machine I've been using for 9 months. It's air pressure is not sufficient for True rest, but at least I wasn't suffocating. When I shared that experience with someone at Adapt Health, they said they could change the pressure setting remotely, but not without Dr Jalloul's order. I immediately placed a call to his office, leaving a message explaining my problem, which has yet to be returned after 3 days. I am returning the PAP machine to the local office of the supplier, Adapt Health, this day, June 8, 2026 because I've realized my first impression of Dr Jalloul and his office staff were correct, and I've wasted ANOTHER month trying to believe they might actually care enough to HELP. It has become more clear than before that THEY DO NOT CARE.

I had a very disappointing experience with the administrative side of this pulmonology practice…read more After being prescribed a necessary medication following trials and doctor visits, the office repeatedly failed to respond to requests from my insurance company, my pharmacy, and the medication's patient assistance program (MyWay) for required prior authorization and enrollment forms. I've called multiple times over weeks/months, left detailed messages (including one for a supervisor over a week ago with no callback), sent written requests, and followed up persistently--yet nothing gets done. The insurance and pharmacy confirmed they're waiting solely on this office to submit paperwork, but the staff either doesn't respond or promises action that never happens. This has caused significant delays in starting treatment for my chronic condition, which is frustrating and unacceptable when dealing with a serious lung issue. The doctor herself may be fine clinically (I can't speak to that part), but the front office and admin team are disorganized, unresponsive, and seem overwhelmed or indifferent to patient needs. I've seen similar complaints in other reviews here about staff issues, so this appears to be a pattern. Potential patients should be aware that getting basic administrative support here is extremely difficult. I regret the time and stress wasted and am now seeking care elsewhere.

After seeing Dr Shawn Pate and calling this clown office in Winter Garden, I found it was a waster Drs aren't calling patients back went in and tried to follow up zero calls finally after 10 days a call but nothing from the Drs staff asked for a practice manager and it's now going on 4 weeks still no call . No thank you. Maybe I'll get a call back in a couple of years lol what a joke

This man is one of the most caring doctors and proficient doctors that I have ever seen in my…read morelife. Not only that, but he is highly competent, and has a great sense of humor. He calls the patient himself to relay test results. He correctly diagnosed my father with a rather rare lung infection, and in addition, he has performed several bronchoscopies w/ lavage for Dad. His office staff is as caring as he is. During the years that Dad was Dr. Rodriguez' patient, he had only three employees, but these three women were more competent at getting things done than many offices who have many more employees. They get back with you immediately if there is a problem with test results and they truly see you as a person and not a number. If Dr. Rodriguez promises to return a call or answer a question, even for a family member, he keeps his promise, and in a timely fashion. He is one in a million, and his office staff is a reflection of the level of care that he, himself, gives to his patients. I can't imagine anyone not being pleased and very grateful to have him as their pulmonologist. I can't say enough good about this doctor. Great doctor, great office staff... one in a million. I have referred a few people to him and all are very pleased.

I was diagnosed with some rather serious funding that I should have been brought aware of and not feel being rushed. This dr has no empathy or compassion for his patients that rely on him for what could be A very serious condition that Needs further investigation.
