The customer service at this location was very disappointing and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would recommend being cautious when providing card information. If you choose to use their services, consider paying with cash to avoid unauthorized charges.

After exhausting all routine care options, he opted to try a new higher grade graft. After three grafts, the wound has now healed. Dr Lazerson has provided good care and and has explained all the procedures and options as he went along. There was a possibility of failure as a previous graft from 2020 did not work out. We discussed all treatment options and why there was a previous failure. He assured me that the situation looked good for the current treatment and he was correct. I am very happy with this success.

I reminded her that I had waited at least 2 weeks for this appt and periodically checked for cancellations. My left heel is killing me, making it hard to walk. She refused to let me see Dr Beverly, even though there was NOBODY in the waiting room. Since they would not see me, and didn't care how much pain I was in, I left and WILL NEVER go there or any of their other locations again. If this same situation had happened with Dr Fleeter, he would have had me sit in the patient recliner, filling out the paperwork while he checked my feet. Big difference in attitude! I went for about three months and was never assigned to an actual therapist. The only way you know who is actually a professional licensed physical therapist with a master's degree versus a PT aide with a diploma from a vo-tech is if you snag each of their business cards. Name tags are not on display. Names not really offered. Also, a home exercise plan wasn't offered because, well, I didn't have an assigned therapist. I am positive that that a generic exercise plan or maybe no plan at all was enacted. They tried to get me to extend it and again I am sure they saw I had PT visits left for the year and they were hoping to extend into the next year. I did the same exercises without progressing to harder, longer ones. I also was not reevaluated to determine if I had achieved needed more therapy. They just told me to sign up for more. When I left, I had no idea if I could walk up stairs, if my balance had improved, how far I could walk my dog, nothing. I was a fool to keep going. You can actually go to any PT practice you want to go to no matter where you may have been referred to as long as you have a Dr referral and have a means to pay.

For 10 years, I found nothing that could do that, except medication to treat the pain after it already started. I moved to Brandon and decided to come here. In 2 visits, he said he could reduce them greatly. I did one simple procedure 3 weeks ago, and I have had no neck pain, no migraines, and 1 small headache that went away in a few minutes.
