Mrs. Ivanna was kind, professional, and understanding. She listened to my concerns and accommodated everything necessary for me as a patient. I had to suggest going to a wound clinic myself!! It should have been addressed before I ever left the office post op. Two surgeries and 2 skin grafts later, I have a large ugly scar on my calf. We have been patients for 10 years and are very disappointed in the follow up care and concern for a situation that Dr. Hightower created. We will be changing doctors!

After exhausting all routine care options, he opted to try a new higher grade graft. After three grafts, the wound has now healed. Dr Lazerson has provided good care and and has explained all the procedures and options as he went along. There was a possibility of failure as a previous graft from 2020 did not work out. We discussed all treatment options and why there was a previous failure. He assured me that the situation looked good for the current treatment and he was correct. I am very happy with this success.

I reminded her that I had waited at least 2 weeks for this appt and periodically checked for cancellations. My left heel is killing me, making it hard to walk. She refused to let me see Dr Beverly, even though there was NOBODY in the waiting room. Since they would not see me, and didn't care how much pain I was in, I left and WILL NEVER go there or any of their other locations again. If this same situation had happened with Dr Fleeter, he would have had me sit in the patient recliner, filling out the paperwork while he checked my feet. Big difference in attitude! They need to learn compassion and a little empathy!!

I was impressed with the quick response and feedback! The Imaging staff was so pleasant and understanding of my needs. We discussed the options available to avoid the delay in reading the X-rays for next time. I have been using the BayCare Health Hub in Valrico for a number of years. I moved to Lake Wales several years ago but even though my drive is almost 2 hours, I will continue to go there. The staff is pleasant and efficient and the facility is clean. I have had to call Baycare Imaging in Valrico on 2 separate occasions to request the results of my X-rays. I went to Imaging in enough time to have the results back before my scheduled PCP appointment! These were not complicated X-rays. This happening again is unacceptable. I go to Baycare Heath Hub in Valrico because I trust this business but that trust is quickly fading. Also I called prior to closing hours and the message was they were unable to take my call!

She then proceeded to do just that. She lied that I did not want to take meds. I had just paid $703 for the exam and nobody has gotten back to me about my refund since I paid in full. Horrible place and very rude people that like to play with people's lives. This was an important test for me. Luckily I was able to reschedule for same day somewhere else.
