My agent Josh, walked me through the application process and had me insured either on the same day i contacted him or shortly thereafter. I felt he was knowledgeable and seemed to care about us and our situation. I have since had an new roof put on my house, but in light of the great service I received from the Larkin Group, i have decided to stick with them. I have periodically had to call Josh for information on claims or small issues with payments, and he has always responded within the same day and answered all my questions.
