Up until January 2025, this practice got 5 stars. Now if I could give zero stars I could. I have been waiting for an insurance verification because I have new insurance. I will not pay out of pocket when I know this is covered. My chiropractor told me when to schedule my next appointment and I cannot do so because my insurance is not verified. I've been texting with the verification team who told me they would escalate my request to a supervisor. It's been two days and the supervisor never called. Today I emailed the company founder thinking he, Chris Price, could help me. No call, no email. I'm going to change practices to one that understands the value of customer service. read more

The front office made it so difficult to get a referral from our insurance that we gave up and went somewhere else. The Georgetown West location is new & seems to be a bit disorganized. It's a shame that the front office staff lost two new patients due to processing issues. This is a perfect example how a staff can lose patients before the doctor even sees them. read more

The right place to go if you want significant amounts of your time wasted. I'm making this review on behalf of my wife, who is currently 34 weeks pregnant and was involved in a somewhat significant car crash several weeks ago. She has since been referred to chiropractic service due to some acute, asymmetrical back pain she has been experiencing as a result of the crash. On multiple occasions she has been early to her appointments and is not seen within 30+ minutes of her appointment time. Today, she was told to wait in a room where patients can use heat pads to relax muscles either before or after their chiropractic adjustments/treatments and then was forgotten about. 45 minutes later, after having gone back into the lobby to make sure they knew she existed, she decided to leave without receiving care. My wife is far too kind of a person to make an issue out of what is obviously a lack of ability to conduct business professionally, schedule patients responsibly, and understand that people have places to be and things to do (especially during the holidays) - but I'm totally fine with it. This place doesn't deserve your money... unless you're cool with forking over hundreds of dollars to sit in a waiting room because they over-schedule patients. read more

This is a dishonest business. If you care about customer service and integrity in the medical field, go elsewhere. I booked a new patient special at the same time I booked an acupuncture visit. I made clear I wanted the listed new patient special for chiropractic and massage at $79. No problem, I was told. Imagine my surprise when I get a call when I two minutes away from my chiropractic and massage appointment that I am told my acupuncture appointment the day prior counted as my new patient special. It didn't matter that I wasn't actually given any new patient special for accupuncture--I paid $80 and received no other service (look at their website: this is not a special). Instead, now having arrived at my appointment, I was quoted at $110. Weirdly, my future acupuncture appointments were quoted at $65 each. So, I guess the "special" I didn't get cost more than a regular appointment. Business practices like this should lead people to other providers. This isn't an issue of money--it's a business that lacks integrity and doesn't care about customer service. read more

Bait and switch. They offered me a promotion of a consult, adjustment, and 1 hour massage for $59. I had a lot of personal issues going on so I couldn't immediately respond back but that didn't stop them from bombarding me with calls and texts 2-3 times daily for weeks! I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled an appointment for my boyfriend. While scheduling, they told me it would be an ADDITIONAL charge for the massage! When told that's not what the promotional price was quoted, they said they don't know where I saw that and they might try to apply it later. It cannot be any more clear in my text message. I canceled after this. A shame as they have good reviews and we were really hoping to find a good honest chiropractor. They just lost a customer and hopefully will reevaluate their shady business practices. read more

Here you'll find a fantastic office environment of happy & professional folks, the staff is great! Dr. Yakubik is awesome, the Nurse Practitioner, FNP-C- Caleb Huffman is phenomenal, and the overall healing power these folks have is paramount. I say that with 100% honesty and accuracy. Just two weeks ago I was due for an MRI and cervical injections. Two visits with the team, a few manual therapy/massage sessions, and viola, my 41 year old back doesn't feel like it's going out anymore or as if there is a knife stabbing me from behind. I can't begin to reiterate how phenomenal my experiences have been, and how much I love coming here. No BS, as I've been to some real quacks, but they get it right, and keep my mobility in check! I work in a very demanding industry, especially the past 2.5-3 years, and had I not found these folks and continued to come every week almost, I wouldn't be working anymore! I followed Dr Imm here and she is so wonderful and truly cares about helping you not only feel better, but improving your quality of life. She takes her time with you and does an amazing job!
