Victor Saenz does an excellent job of communicating and staying in touch with clients. All estimates and work start on time as promised. The work was done quicker than I expected. The work and materials appear to be excellent quality. I hired Victory Construction to replace a roof, turbine, and repair a water damaged ceiling. Apparently they do a little of everything. The roof appears to be better than what it was when it was new. The ceiling was expertly repaired and one can't tell the ceiling was ever repaired. The ceiling came out better than what the way I was told it would come out. I work graveyards so I sleep during the day. The crew was very respectful of the fact that I am a day sleeper and they didn't make any unnecessary noise. They also took measures to protect my property. They covered anything they worked near to avoid damage I would highly recommend using Victory Construction, and I plan on using them again in the future.

Stucco work around the windows was very uneven and messy. Stucco was slopped onto our brand new windows and screens, our cement patio and our patio chairs. After I cleaned up their mess from the stucco work, the next working day they spilled paint once again onto our new windows and screens. I asked that they use drop clothes and plastic to protect where they worked, but they ignored this request. Every day the workers left their lunch trash on site. They never cleaned up after work each day. After alerting the company that their workers were not very good, it took over two months for the supervisors to inspect the work. Victor agreed that the work was not professional. At least he had the courtesy of not charging us the final payment because the work was so bad!

When we had hail damage, two years later, one of the…read morecontractors from another company inspected our roof and said that ours was one of the few elastomeric roofs he had seen that were done correctly. This made me feel great about A Plus exteriors. We needed our skylights replaced and a couple of holes patched in the roof coating after the hailstorm. We called A Plus to have this work done. They replaced two skylights. The one in the master bath leaked the first time it rained. They returned and did something to the seal. Then it dripped water from condensation when the outside temps dropped. They had replaced our skylights with single pane fixtures and tried to tell us that that is what we had before. We've lived here 10 years and never had dripping from condensation. The 2nd skylight had a leaf sticking through the seal to the inside of the house. Perhaps they were overwhelmed with work from the hail storms and hired extra workers but...it was Darrell who told us we had single pane skylights before. He also said he would have to order double pane and that it would take a couple of weeks to get them. In fact, they were installed the same day. We need our house painted but probably won't use them again.

On Monday the crew returned to reinstall the rooftop pool heating system and repaired a number of cracks along the parapet wall. Throughout the entire process, James' crew performed their job in an efficient and professional manner. They showed up on time, they communicated each step clearly and thoroughly, and their pride in their workmanship was very evident. Ralph Plancarte, the owner/supervisor, went into detail with us what was involved, and gave us samples of the new silicone material that was used for our insurance company. His crew of 4 that worked on our roof (this job) were polite, funny, fast and thorough. Our roof was a mess, and our air conditioner frame needed A LOT of TLC. Ralph checked on them twice a day, not that it was necessary. They all worked seamlessly to do what was possible every day. Took a week (yes, our roof was THAT bad!) and let me know when they were done at the end of the day. They started at 7 AM, drove our dogs nuts (lol!) but man, our roof is pretty! So, if you need ANY kind of work done, they do everything but electric. Drywall, cement, stucco, roofing, tile work, carpet, etc. Amazing work, good pricing, and excellent customer service. I was called within the hour and my appointment was scheduled. Before the appointment, Jayson called ahead to tell me his name and what he would be driving so that I would know it was him. He showed up 15 minutes early. This is amazing considering most people show up late. He was kind, polite and courteous. Because my roof was over 20 years old, I assumed my roof would not be covered by my insurance and I would have to pay for the whole thing. He walked me through the steps of filing a claim with my insurance and even met with the adjuster to survey the roof and make sure all the damage and code violations were noted. They actually convinced them to cover the cost! All I had to pay was my deductible. The roofers were all friendly, fast and efficient. They took their time making sure all roofing debris and nails were picked up. I couldn't be happier and the roof looks great.
