Jamie FaceTimed me to walk me through every item, and we agreed on a path forward to repair. What I like about Jamie is his honesty and consultation regarding what needed to be done. The first time we reviewed Jaime Rogers with Double R Construction was in 2023, when they cleaned and put an elastomeric coating on our home roof. We were impresssed with their work then -- especially in 103-degree heat! So we hired him again to do the same on our RV roof, parked outside in the driveway for many years, extremely dirty, and complicated by having to deal with solar panels and ham radio antennas. They efficiently completed the job, thoroughly cleaned and coated, removed and put back the solar panels. After completion, Jaime returned days later to test that the solar panels and antennas were properly installed and working. He is expeienced and knowledgeable, also prompt. If he says when he'll be there, he arrives either exactly on the dot or a little earlier, never late! His crew is also hard-working, capable and personable. They left the work area completely clean. We recommend Jaime with full confidence in his company and look forward to working with him again in the future. read more

We hired Double R Construction to repair our stucco, which was cracking and falling off in many places. Owner Jaime was calm, professional and very helpful as he guided us through the reality of the work needed. He gave us a fair quote (we had gotten quotes from other companies) and was able to start work sooner than expected. His crew of professional, experienced workers showed up on time every day, did outstanding work, and cleaned up at the end of each day. They completed the work on time, and on the agreed budget. Everyone on this 10-day job was happy to stop and explain the process and answer questions at any time. The job culminated with a new paint job, so now our house is as good as new and beautiful. I strongly recommend NOT hiring Double R Construction(DRC) due to my experience. DRC was hired to complete a fire restoration/gut job/remodel of a single unit in a triplex. Though their website touts being 'communication focused' and providing 'accurate quotes', I received neither. DRC managed to create roughly a 60% overage(TENS of thousands of dollars) from the original contract, which as you can imagine created several hardships for myself. DRC over promised and under delivered to the point that I requested they only communicate via email. I could not trust anything they said as well as I needed to constantly refer them back to previous emails when disputes arose. After giving DRC plenty of opportunities and having my second request to go to mediation(to help get accurate updates and pricing) go unanswered, I was forced to seek assistance from an attorney to get this resolved. While this review will surely elicit a response from the company, I'd urge anyone looking to work with DRC to request to review the years worth of emails(all, not just their handpicked ones) on this project to understand why I've taken the time to complete a review. Hopefully this will help you come to the conclusion on whether you want to work with a company like this and save you from the nightmare and financial loss I experienced. read more

I would highly recommend Double R Construction Company. Jamie was very professional and always responded promptly to our many questions and concerns. The painting and stucco repair crew did an awesome job! All of the workers were very skilled, too. After each day of working, the crew would clean up the yard, if any debris had fallen.
