I called to express my concerns and she fixed that and then did the other side of my mouth. I told her that I want them to look how they looked before. I appreciated that she was more careful the second time and she filled one tooth 5 times without me asking her to fix it. I think she just wanted it to make sure it looked right because I would have definitely said something. I initially expressed in my voicemail that I did not like the dental assistant working on my teeth, filling them, filing them, anything due to what happened the first time. So I didn't want her to touch my teeth the second time. While she did not have her do fillings, she still had her file down my bite again the second time. I think this was 6 days ago? Apart of my filling fell out already. I won't be returning... very upsetting for me because I did like this place.

Today I called again to try to schedule an after emergency room appointment. The receptionist had such a condescending tone that I had no desire to deal with after a night of no sleep and 2 ER visits in 24 hours for my 2 year old. After reading the reviews this just appears to be a common theme, rude staff. They set me up with one without my approval ( i need one open Saturdays) of course the person they set me up with did not have late or Saturday appointments. I call to request they change me to this new doctor I found on my own. the nurses assistant agreed, i gave her the name of the new doctor. A 3 days later i called to make an appointment with the new doctor they had not gotten my referral. I called the NA gave me a bunch of attitude and said she sent it but i can come pick it up. Since i work 40 hours i am not able to come pick it up I send my husband on his day off. I open the referral letter it is of course to the original doctor they refereed me to and not the one I requested. I also request that my doctor give the referral not the nurse practitioner because that is what the ENT office request. Of course it was not correct and the nurse practitioner had signed off on it not my doctor. I waited 3 weeks for a saturday appointment with this new ENT and had to reschedule because my referral was incorrect. I have an appointment for this upcoming Saturday and still waiting on my referral. I have left 4 message for the NA- no call back. I have left a message for the supervisor of the office- no call back. I have called the office and no was is able to provide me with any information. since i work i am unable to go to the office or i would be there talking to them. At this point they are refusing it has to be illegal or at least unethical. Avoid this place. find a different doctor.

I started getting more anyplace to avoid withdrawal. I was spending thousands a month on extra pills! Dr B got me off opiates & on Subutex w/ a taper plan. He gives patients his cell and is very responsive. He does not take insurance but the reality is, it's a bargain at $360 and to date I've spent $1500 vs many more thousands :) He is also and MD and Shrink.... a serious bonus!

I know dealing with doctors offices can be stressful, but I have never been treated so horribly, ever, by any doctors staff. The first encounter was when I tried to get an initial appointment, they couldn't get any of my information right. (That's usual, I'm not even frustrated at this point) After making my follow up quarterly appointment I had to give all my information again, because they were saying I had a different insurance than I have. (I have not switched insurance for years) The day before my scheduled appointment that has been for months they tell me their hours have changed and and I have to come in earlier. I couldn't do that since I work and had a very busy schedule. I ask if they can do a half hour earlier instead of the hour they wanted. They cancelled my appointment and didn't answer any of my questions on if another day would work. They told me I should call back. After I call back, the scheduling department had to transfer me to the office directly and say I should hear back from them in 24-48 hours. The scheduling department takes all of my health insurance information again because they tell me I'm not a patient with them. I don't hear back from the doctors office for 5 days. They call me while I'm at work and ask me for my name and say I'm not a patient and have to give me insurance information again. I tell them I'm working and I don't have it on me. (Honestly I should have it memorized by now,so maybe this is on me? I don't think so though) They tell me I have to call back and that it's easy, I just don't understand the phone system.... That's definitely not my problem. I can't get them to call me back or refrain from cancelling my appointment. So, I'm now going to go with Community Healthcare dermatologists because they've never been this difficult for me. Here's to hoping that will be easier. I'm just sad that this is keeping me from seeing my doctor. I really liked this one!
