I sent in the pictures as requested and got a call back in less than 10 minutes. At NO point should Calvin (the mechanic) have INITIATED assault against a pregnant customer by throwing her into the hood of her car! When my relative went retrieve her car (for services already paid), she found car parts sprawled about based on her refusal for additional overpriced services of $400 for an oil and light bulb change, and $120 for a diagnostic performed months earlier when the vehicle was first acquired.
