I purchased a front bumper for my 2002 Mercedes-Benz E320 and needed the old bumper removed and the new one installed. I called a few places for quotes, but due to the convid-19 pandemic, most places were closed or their quotes were higher than I expected. I decided to call Marcus since he repaired my Benz E320 a few months ago (see my post from 12/2019) to see if he did auto body repair and to my surprise, he did!!!! Marcus provided a great quote I could not refuse, so I scheduled a mobile appointment for the very next day. When Marcus arrived, he performed an analysis on the work to be done on my vehicle. He quickly discovered a few challenges once he started to remove the original bumper. He constantly communicated with me and showed me the challenges he discovered. After conversing with Marcus, I concluded the job I anticipated was much bigger than removing and replacing a bumper and I was not sure if the job could be done for the price quotes. I came across BML on a google search for a mobile atv mechanic and im always weary of new people working on my anything i own if i cant repair it myself. Boy was I glad I found his service, first off I was sold a yfz450 that was basically just thrown together just to sell and thats really a understatement. Marcus went above and beyond to figure out what was my issue after the quad would not start, prices are great considering he comes to you and he also gives you information on what you need and dont need instead of over charging you for things you dont need. I don't even think I can say thank you enough or even say enough wonderful things about this company and the incredible work that Marcus does. I didn't think my bike was going to be able to be brought back to life as quickly as it was. When I booked my appointment, not only was it the very same week but he also had my 2008 SV650 up and running in less than 3HRS AND to top it all off he came to my home and fixed it right there. I don't usually write reviews but when you find an awesome mechanic you must share your experience. I was stranded at work. My car would not make a sound, even after a jump start so I had to find a mechanic who could come to me and quickly as I had to pick my kids up from after care before a certain time. The company sent out a very knowledgeable mechanic who was able to fix my issue and explain to me what happened and what he had to do to fix it all in 30 minutes. I was able to pick my kids up on time and pay for the service with cash. It was just that affordable. I have a couple of cars and will now use BML for any of my mechanical and roadside needs! I have worked with Marcus on several occasions he is very knowledgeable, dependable and fast.. If he says he can fix it.. He can fix it.. I have entrusted at least 3 of my vehicles to him and I've never been disappointed. My most recent issue was my engine light kept popping on and my car was overheating at random. Let me just say Marcus is a great reliable mechanic! I was stuck on the side of the road on a hot sunny day' with my three son. My car was overheating it was hot and it was hot outside. Whenever I need help I alway call BML Marcus. I've called him 4 times within the period of a few months and he can always have my 14 year old scooter fixed within a day or two.
