It's hard to distinguish between the new and old concrete. The design and layout matches so well, it feels it's always been there. He responded quickly and was overall excellent with communication. He had great recommendations for the project. He worked into the evening some days, did exactly what he said he would and when. He and his crew worked so hard and were so efficient this summer, the whole job was done within a week including the coloring sealing. The amount of dirt they removed to get the forms laid and ready should have taken days if not weeks alone. We were very happy with the process, price, and final project. We enjoyed working with Troy so much and were so happy with what he did, we asked him back to seal our garage floor. I think this ended up being a harder job than he expected. He was out a few times to fix it, but he just threw more asphalt down in patches, leaving uneven piles of asphalt where the cars had left indents. This started happening right away and also happened the 2 summers after the driveway was layed. At first he tried to fix it, but after a few times he was all excuses and "I'll be out next week" kind of talk. He promised to either fix it or refund our money 8 months ago and even though we have called and emailed repeatedly he hasn't done anything. All work guaranteed for 3 years means nothing. We will need to have it pulled up and done by someone else.

All the did then was try and talk themselves out of their guarantee and all the while admitting they didn't do a good job. They left and promised me they would satisfy their guarantee before winter. Again, they never showed. I reached out and said I did not want to do business with them going forward. I wanted some money back as they didn't do their job well or live up to their guarantee. They agreed to my request but after making a couple of payments, they stopped. I'm choosing to take this another direction, but I wanted to warn everyone not to use this company for your seal coating needs. Don't use this company for anything!

He and his crew were…read moreat our house when he said he would be there, which I appreciated, and got to task clearing the space, and putting in forms, etc. Glenn had some interesting ideas that were very helpful in figuring out how to design the patio. It was an odd space and he was able to "eyeball" it and recommend several options prior to getting started. Every attention to detail was given. Our patio was poured and it had a nice slope draining water away from the house with some nice flowing lines to accentuate the space. The patio has been in for several years now and it still looks terrific -- no cracks, no problems. We love it! The clean-up afterwards was done in a timely manner and everything was hauled away with no mess or fuss. Our home was left in tip-top shape! When I called Glenn the other day re another project, he was telling us he had gotten his General Contractor's License. So early June we are having him help with our kitchen and laundry room, taking out old countertops, putting in new sinks and plumbing fixtures and tiling the backsplash areas above the countertop. What I like about Glenn is he's a straight shooter. He doesn't dance around your questions and his pricing is always good. He's a very reliable, hard working guy. I trust him. He's top-notch!
