I stopped at Anthony's Produce for the first time on a Saturday midday. It's a lovely store with produce, handmade items, and some convenience products. I left with Arcobasso Salad Dressing and some green apples. I wanted a loaf of the sourdough but I haven't been eating bread! I will absolutely be back! read more

I've been shopping here for over 20 years. It's a great neighborhood asset that carries fresh produce, some frozen meat and a variety of other choices of bread from the hill and prepared grab & GO items and seasonal pumpkins plants, etc. We like to get the fresh cut fruit, the yogurt, cups, Viviano's bread, frozen hamburger, bacon & brats from an Illinois butcher. Inside are the prepared foods coolers, along with breads, snacks, salsa, and refrigerated veggies. There is a short wall of prepackaged candies that the kids will love to visit. This is a cute little long-standing local produce stand that is open air during the summer and it's still open most of the winter. You can find all the essentials here and even a few locally grown and made specialty items. I'm super excited they are now carrying micro greens. They also carry items like fresh bread from Fazio's, Arcobasso salad dressing, local meats, etc. Their bulk candy near the cash registers are a great deal too. I think they have great prices and wonderful customer service. I buy my mums here every year too because they're large and less expensive than nearby nurseries. read more

We came here for a trunk or treat. They had tons of pumpkins, all the employees are very nice! I had no idea about this place prior to the trunk or treat event! The produce stands were well organized. The prices were low and reasonable! I love that they got involved with the community and we will be returning to get our produce from here! read more

I bought some wagyu burgers so I wanted some really good tomatoes to put on them, they had so-called home-grown tomatoes for five dollars a pound and they assured me they were really good and for what the Burgers cost me I wanted something special, what a disappointment the tomatoes were no better than I could have bought at Walmart for $1.99 a pound, this has happened before at this produce stand and I will never go there again read more

Terrible customer service here. I asked the cashier to hold on scanning my items so I could get my reusable bags from the car [that I simply forgot]. Instead, the cashier began scanning my items while I ran to the car, just after I gave away my cart to a guy holding two big items (i.e., pumpkins). When I returned, most of my items were placed into the plastic single-use bags they use here. I consolidated what I could, now realizing I needed a cart to leave and carry it all. Instead of assisting me, the cashier rushed me to exit the counter as she called on the guy behind me to approach, having him switch to the checkout out nearest the door, which inevitably blocked me from leaving without a clear pathway. I first went to Anthony's Produce with a Groupon. It's very close to my home, and I passed it a lot but never stopped, although it looked great. Thankfully, that Groupon took me there because it's a wonderful place. They have a huge selection of all kinds of fruits and vegetables...ones that are popular and you already know you love, and others that you've never heard of and always wanted to try. The prices are very competitive with the supermarkets, and the bins are clean and well-organized. They have a lot of herbs, onions, garlic, and other fresh seasonings of various types. In addition, they have a large cooler section with milk, eggs, dairy, desserts, even meats...a lot more than just produce. The workers there are so nice and helpful, and they are very knowledgeable about the items they carry. In the fall they have pumpkins, squash and decorative corn. They have seasonal items at Christmas and plants in the summer. It's easy to get in and out of their large parking lot. Stop by Anthony's - you'll be glad you did! read more

The best produce stand in the area! I can load up my basket with so many things I cant even carry and it's still under $10! Anthony's took a huge hit with the tyrannical lockdown. I shop here multiple times per week to keep this awesome business going. I really like this place to pick up affordable and fresh produce. They have a good and broad selection of fruits and vegetables and it's easy to get to. Everyone that works there is always very pleasant and helpful. There are other produce stands nearby and within 15 minutes but none have the combination of quality, selection and price that Anthony's does. read more

They sell planters of flowers with no soil in the pots. The planters look really pretty, but under the plants there isn't anything. The pots are empty. read more
