As I tried to get the spare tire on, the car rolled off the jack and slammed on the ground (yikes)! I was in a rush and needed help fast because I couldn't get the jack back under the car. So I called Tom, who happened to be the first Google result for a tow. He was literally just down the road and got to me within less than 10 minutes of calling. He knew exactly what to do. Edit: a few days later I noticed they charged me 150 more than what was on my receipt. I called to ask why and the lady lost her temper and was yelling! Turns out there was a reason, but it was not reflected on my receipt and lady treated me like I was dumb for asking. Wouldn't you call and ask if you were charged way more than what is on your receipt? Wouldn't anyone? Give out a correct receipt if you don't have the patience to be asked about it!
