Tom Coop LLC brought us a Christmas miracle. On Christmas Eve, we were stranded in a faulty rental car awaiting a different tow company to bring a replacement rental car who, after we waited for several hours with minimal communication, then canceled the request saying that the rental car company was already closed (which was incorrect). A second dispatch request went out and, luckily for us, Tom Coop LLC answered the call despite it being midnight on Christmas Day. Knowing that there was a time crunch before the rental car company actually did close for the night, they promptly got on the road to pick up the replacement car and successfully was able to get it to us. They were very easy to communicate with and kept us in the loop every step of the way. They were very kind upon arrival despite the long trip to us and it being the middle of the night on Christmas. I truly cannot overstate my gratitude and appreciation. We would give them 100 stars if we could. For the first time ever my car of 14 years broke down 2.5 miles from the exit on i-76 to get into Pittsburgh. I didn't know it at the time but mice chewed through the wires to my fuel pump. I tried to start my car up again for 2 hours to no avail. I was stuck within walking distance to the exit in fear with no idea if anyone would be able to help. I googled AAA rated towing companies and Tom Coop LLC came up. They were able to reach me from Beaver county to drop me and my car off at my campus. They gave me a quote and told me to call them again to drop my car off when I need it towed again for repairs at the nearest dealer. So two days passed and I was able to get a scheduled drop off. They drove over again to drop off my car and in the tight parking lot they pulled off the best best park job I have ever seen and the car was only able to move in neutral. They gave me another great price on a quote and I talked to the dealership to get information finalized and a friend took me back to campus. We called Coop after waiting literally hours for a different company and he came within an hour like he said he would. He also was willing to call us when he started our direction so our niece could come take us somewhere to get out of the sun and we could meet him back there. He was so kind, caring, and understanding, so was his associate that was with him. He was able to jump it and start it right up after we had failed to get a successful jump ourselves and towed it to our mechanic of choice. Coop was so personable and extremely compassionate and never made us fill rushed even when I got upset, crying and sharing about our rough year. My car stopped in the turning lane on Ohio River Blvd. It was on a Sunday morning and all the towing companies I called said they didn't have any drivers or it would be a few hours before they could come. Tom Coop Towing came to get me quickly when they found out my location. He was pleasant and helpful when I told him what was going on with my car. I have his card and as much as I hope I don't have to do anything like this again it's good knowing that there are places like his around when you need them. I can't recommend Tom enough. I was fortunate enough to call Tom on a whim after striking out on a handful of other companies that either wanted $300+ for a 10 mile tow or would be a 4-6 hour wait. These guys came to my rescue within 15 minutes of my first call. I had a flat tyre and an important meeting to attend.
