This past weekend I unfortunately got into a car accident and needed a towing to an auto body shop to get my car fixed because my car was not able to move . So Anthony was sooooo helpful and very polite and helped me find a great auto body shop to help me fix my car . He was so professional, trustworthy, and humble which was very amazing due to all the stress I have been going through these past days. I wanted to thank Anthony for taking care of me and my car . My roadside assistance failed me and I had to get a tow service on my own. After being stuck and waiting for over 2 hours today. I got a hold of Anthony's Towing. They arrived in 30 mins. Wayne the driver did an outstanding job with my Audi A4. He knew exactly what he was doing. No harm to the car. The other two tow services said they didn't have the correct equipment to tow my car. My car is a stock 4 door sedan. Leads to believe these other tow services are lazy and don't want the responsibility to do their job. Wayne also knew were to leave my car with the dealer overnight on the lot. Where to leave the keys, and paperwork to fill out. This firm is honest, quick, dependable and knowledgeable. They gave me an assessment over the phone which was the exact billing that I received. I had to tow my Mercedes E400 from downtown on I 25 to North end. It was half of what I expected, and it was a flat bed truck, which I didn't expect. The driver was amazing and joked and kept the conversation light even though I was dealing with some crappy luck with a tire (he never even mentioned the fact that it had anything to do with my hitting a retaining wall brick that had fallen into the road that I TOTALLY should have seen!) One can't ask for a better Towing Service! Arrived within the estimated time period stated, along with giving me assurance that "everything will be ok." The driver who came (I think it might have been the owner) was professional and personable. The cost of the tow to my regular mechanic was much cheaper than I expected it to be and definitely more reasonable than the other towing companies I had called in Colorado Springs asking for an estimate. If you need your vehicle towed in a caring and responsible way you've called the right company, Anthony knows where to hook the chains to so as not to bend the frame or even scratch the under carriage something people find out at a later date or when their car turns backwards in a snowstorm because the alignment was changed because of a bad tow company. I called another towing company which left me with the impression that I was putting them out, so then I called Anthony who simply said he'd be there after making a quick stop. He was incredibly professional and careful with my car, and he also was super funny. He is pleasant and makes jokes and the price was cheaper than I thought it would be. I highly recommend Anthony's towing. Of the military I couldn't find anybody that can even get on base. He said that would be no problem sometimes there is a wait at the gate.
