They actually cared. They referred me to other towing companies that had those trucks currently available AND were closer to where he broke down so it wouldn't cost as much. They even gave me names and numbers of who to reach out to so he wouldn't be freezing outside for so long. They didn't just see us as potential profits like so many big corporations tend to do. They saw that there was a young man outside in the cold and they went out of their way to help him despite not benefiting personally. Their kindness will not be forgotten, and I will go to them first for any towing needs because they are an asset to our community.
