Ended my membership and joined Grindhouse, which is cheaper, has good AC and high ceilings, plenty of machines, music not too loud, and has an OK place to stretch-- alas with no views.

I always get a little skeeved when I have to use a gym shower, but I dare say that this shower was as clean as the shower in my home. Also, I will note that this is not a studio for people who are new to yoga. In all the times I have been to a Y7 studio (WillyB, Bryant Park, UES), not once has an instructor made adjustments. I have been doing yoga for over 10 years, but that doesn't mean I don't need help and adjustments sometimes! The darkness in the studio definitely throws your balance off and is hard to get used to unless you take classes there constantly.
