I was keen to support a local business on my hunt for a standing desk, and a local mom recommended this business to me. Am I ever glad she did! Michael and his colleagues were very patient with all my questions and requests in-person and over email, and despite there being a back order on my L-desk style and a delay from a woodworker to carve in a slot for the remote, Michael ended up carving it out for me himself so that it was not delayed any further.
