Anthropologie is a cool fun store with unique items you will not find anywhere. This is one of my favorite stores. Whenever I'm in the downtown area, when I have some free time, I pop into Anthropologie. Their holiday decorations are up and absolutely captivating. Bright holiday lights and decorations immediately puts you inter holiday spirit. Of course, I make a bee line for the clearance room. Today was my lucky day! I found some Farm Rio shorts regularly selling for $158 on sale for $29.95 or 81% off. I pounced on that deal! My shopping love language was activated, I.e. sales/discounts! Super cute shorts... I love myself an Anthro shopping experience, especially in the sale section when everything is ab extra 50% off, am I right? Anyways, yesterday I had called to ask the store to hold a dress for me to try on, super helpful. I decided to do some shopping around the store and had a ton of items to try on. I had a lot of white dresses and one of the ladies (I forgot her name but she was amazing) asked what the occasion was. It was for my wedding reception and she went above any beyond finding other dresses in the back that could work! I was also helped by Colleen in the dressing room. I felt like I was at a bridal gown shop with the amount of help I received. The whole team worked together to get my order the last dress in stock and I also got some amazing jeans on sale. This location is the best and more chill than the north location. 10/10 read more

If you're a young woman, they might assume you're a shoplifter! I went in to browse with a group of 3 friends. We are all women in our mid 20s. After looking at the jewelry for what felt like a minute, an employee approached and asked if we needed assistance. My friend asked about a pair of earrings and the employee replied with a very sarcastic and hostile response. They seemed annoyed that we were there and berated my friend that she couldn't try on any jewelry, even though she had not asked to or attempted to. I know that the jewelry section probably is stolen from pretty often, but we were profiled for looking like teenagers who were there to shoplift. The employee hovered over us with hostile energy so we left without buying anything. read more

Located next to REI and The Book People, this location is convenient if you want to avoid the mall. I recently discovered their line of Mother jeans. The material is soft and the cropped cut fits me perfectly! They also carry a great petite selection on line. Inventory rotates out quickly so if you see something cute make sure you get it at that visit or it'll unlikely be there a few days later. read more

This review is for the Barton Creek location specifically the Manager Stephanie Henry. I went in to show them a belt that I purchased less than 6 months ago and paid $80 for that is completely coming apart. I spoke with Stephanie and asked if it could be exchanged. Her response was we don't take worn, damaged items back. If there items are so cheaply made that they consider simply wearing them damages then I guess it's time I find a new place to spend the thousands I spend at Anthropologie each year somewhere else. I do quite a bit of shopping (buying) in this store. Today I walked in and could not figure out what the awful smell was. Overly scented cleaning fluid? I'm allergic to chemical fragrances and have never had a particular problem with Anthropologie. But I finally saw the culprit- a large, burning scented candle near checkout. With my headache, sore throat and tight chest I scurried out. WHY do so many stores insist on burning these well known irritants. read more

I quite literally cringe every time I have to return something because I've had more screwed up returns here than should be humanly possible. I even go the extra step to do the online return process prior. From not returning to a gift card, to returning an exchange as I am saying to them this is the "exchange", to fully returning items that aren't even being returned. It just boggles my mind. I'd like to say it's a computer issue but it's definitely a human issue of not listening, reading, or even looking at an image. read more

Anthropologie online is a huge disappointment. They promote a $20 "welcome gift" for joining their Anthro Perks program. The "gift" is to be delivered one monthly following signing up. It has been over a month, and I have yet to receive the gift. Customer service continues to promise delivery to my email the next day, but it never arrives. I did receive the 20% discount after signing up, and it was greatly appreciated. But the non-arrival of their promised "gift" has absolutely stopped me from ordering from them ever again. Customer service blames "the back office" for the problem. Yet, the promotion continues to appear on their website. Just stop promoting if it's no longer true. So dishonest. read more

I have never experienced such blatant profiling- I was followed around by 2 employees at all times who didn't ask if I needed any help but instead stared at me and everything I grabbed as if I were some kind of criminal. When I finally made my way to the checkout line (with a few bowls, cups and decor as the selection for anyone over a size M is notoriously lackluster and depleted), the cashier didn't interact with me at all and ignored me. When I finally asked her if I could pay she rolled her eyes and had the nerve to ask if I would need to make several transactions or do a partial / split payment. WTF?? Will not be returning here, the most racist store I've ever been in. read more

I just wrote a wonderful review about the other Anthropologie store in Austin and the same rings true for this location. The only issue with this location is the parking can be a bit crowded and the parking lot can be hard to get in and out of do to its location right off of Lamar. The staff are great, the items are fabulous, the sales room is small and cramped BUT worth the visit. read more

This location is very large and one level - the dressing rooms are large and filled with natural light. They had a lot of their typical eclectic items for sale and I was able to look at some things and get some new ideas for my home while visiting a friend in Austin. read more

This is a beautifully done Anthropologie with a spacious floor space. There is also a parking lot which is always a plus! It also has the most gorgeous fitting room I've ever seen in an Anthropologie. I gave it 4 stars because unfortunately, they don't carry petite sizing! And also, the sale section was extremely small and crowded. There was a fairly decent sale selection but the spacing was so tight that it made it difficult to look through. With a little more room for sale items and the addition of a petite selection, this would definitely be a 5! read more

Meh. Last week, I went ham on their friends and family sale (or autumn sale?) I ended up buying 5 or 6 mugs and Knick knacks. After pulling out the items - I noticed a chip at the top of my botanical mug and didn't think much of it and thought "oh, I'll just chalk this up as a loss." I tossed it in the trash. I realized now - I could have returned it. I ask the store if that was possible and they frankly said no. All of which is valid - but it made me realize that their customer service lacks empathy or emotions. I was going to go back and buy another one - but why support a company that has zero customer service. Hey, ATX, any suggestions for places to get cute and chic - mismatch mugs? read more

I haven't been shopping inside Anthro for some time now and went in today and I have to say, the customer service was basically rude. I chose one jumpsuit to try on, was treated as if I was an inconvenience by the dressing room woman who seemed irritated that I asked if there was a different size. She then came back with the same size because she didn't listen to me in the first place and then firmly said "we don't have a M" and then just walked away. Really sorry I interrupted her day today. I bought the jumpsuit but frankly, the whole experience is soured and I wish I hadn't. I won't be back. I don't need to spend that kind of money on something and feel like crap about it. read more

What a pretty store. The displays of clothes and housewares are pure eye candy. The girl stationed by the entrance was so sweet. My daughter wanted to only sit and read her book... no problem... she was made comfortable in a plush chair by the entrance while I wandered around in peace. I found a few beautiful pieces of clothing I really liked, but one look at the retail price tags made me blink hard several times. Obviously, this is not a store that will get a lot of my regular business. Perhaps I might find something at a more reasonable price come sale time. Meanwhile, I plan to return as this is a great place to browse and while the time away. read more

The item I purchased was shipped with a sensor tag still attached. Customer Service stated I would need to visit a store to have it removed. The customer service person was a matter of fact and could care less. No apology for inconvenience. Will think twice before another purchase. I can pay this amount money at a high end department store and have a better chance of the location being in closer proximity. This was a gift to someone, how embarrassing. read more

Is it expensive and possibly overpriced? Sure. Does it have a style that may only attract a certain type of person? Sure. Is it the dreaded chain store? Sure. Do I freakin' love it? Heck yeah! I love Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters for the same reason. Home accessories and personal accessories you can't find in other stores. They have their own "look" and, honey, they work it. Plus, this is definitely one of my favorite spots to pick up gifts for my friends. One other thing I love is the window dressing. I really do like Anthropologie, in that it's that cute boho-chic style with elements of flirty wearable, form-fitting femininity, but sometimes the delicate girly overtones overwhelm me a bit. I'm still mostly a tomboy at heart so Anthropologie is a nice change of pace when occasion requires a little more adorable kind of elegance (wow, so I am not so great at describing fashion-related things). Anyway, Anthropologie and Free People are all under the Urban Outfitters brand so I'm sure the similarities are quite striking - the price point and clothing material/construction differ a bit here and there. Anthropologie and Free People seem on par with one another in terms of price point - the latter being more free-spirited and less proper? Does that even make sense? No? Good. I find the sizes run pretty accurately, though you occasionally have to size up or down depending on the kind material or constructions, unless you have some kind of always perfect proportionate body, in which case - I hate you. Anthropologie carries their own specially manufactured brands as well as other moderately luxury/boutique lines. I'm not particularly well-versed in such things, please bear in mind. For the men, well there's housewares and amusing coffee table books. And how about the housewares? Holy overpriced ridiculousness (I believe there was a recent salon.com addressing the ludicrousness of Anthropologie constructing a series of example studios in Los Angeles, decked out in Anthropologie wares - a set-up only the fairly well-off can afford to dream of). Most of the stuff is rather cute and I assume, supposed to emulate an indie DIY hand-made kind of feel? Kind of counterintuitive considering that price point, so yeah I'll stop harping on and on about that (it's highway robbery, omgzwhy?!). The few articles of Anthropologie-origined clothing I have are quite resilient - I'll say that much. So although, yes, it's all produced in the same ole periphery countries, the stuff is of a far superior quality than say, Forever 21 crap. Quality over quantity for the most part. The reluctant feminine non-tomboy part of me heartily approves of this place (minus the housewares stuff, because again - what the heck is that about?!). read more

Several Yelpers recommended I go here the other day as I was in need of a dress. I had never been to an Anthropologie before (even though we do have one in Orlando) so I didn't know what to expect. Well I really liked it a lot. The clothes are really cute (i'm dubious about the quality of fabric of some items i saw, but you could say that of just about any place). So after wandering about, and crashing into things (i'm clumsy). I found what I thought would be the perfect dress. I go back to try it on and I meet "Shannon" (remember her name). {A little background info, I've lost approx 20-25 pounds that I gained due to divorce stress. I have another 20-25 pounds that I gained prior to that due to marital stress. So I know I have a ways to go, but I am about to learn just how far} So Shannon takes me back to a fitting room and asks my name as she writes it on the door (i like that). She does the "if you need anything..." speech that's standard. Then it happens. Reality joins me in the fitting room and gives me a royal BEAT DOWN. My God. I had no idea how big I still am. Granted, I picked a dress that any woman with boobs & hips would look bigger in because of the cut. Regardless, this was not the dress for me. I call Shannon in to help because the dress had ties that could wrap around you a few times and I thought if they were tied differently that might help. (Denial also joined me in the fitting room). She came in and helped and was offering ideas as to what all could be done. Finally I say, "I feel fat." and here is why I want you to remember Shannon's name. She says, "THEN DON'T DO IT!!!" What? I have never had a salesperson not try to talk me into something. Well I departed without purchasing anything, but I will be back and I know who I will be looking for when I do. The two stars that are present are for the awesome clothes. The three that are missing are because of the staff. They're awful. I've been in there on multiple occasions when I've been ignored the entire time I've been in the store, without so much as a greeting. As a former retail slave, I know that's a big no-no. I was flipping through racks in the sale room the other day, and there was one other customer doing the same thing. An employee came in the sale room, straightened up for a few minutes, and then left. She returned a minute later with another employee, and loudly said, "UGH. THIS ROOM WAS JUST PERFECT, AND NOW IT'S ALL MESSED UP AGAIN", while staring at me and they other customer. We had been gently browsing through racks, definitely not causing much of a mess. We're customers, not freaking tornadoes, how much damage could we really do in under a minute? Way to make your customers feel completely uncomfortable, Anthropologie. I've shopped at many other Anthropologies and the staff members have always been helpful, so I'm not sure what's up with this location. They need to get their act together, because although their clothes are fabulous, they're not worth getting put down by the staff. Stop hiring snobby hipsters and start hiring people with actual customer service skills. read more

The clothing at Anthropologie is amazing-- there is really something for everyone, whether you like it or not! Your wallet might hate you afterwards, but your body will love you for clothing it so well. Their selection covers a spectrum; some pieces require a more imaginative eye to pull off, others stand out in obvious beauty. Even if you don't find the perfect dress, blouse, sweater or pant (or simply can't splurge that day), you can console yourself with a sugary-sweet bit from the housewares section. I just dare you to cry the day you've purchased a rick-rack and pom-pom edged dishtowel. With cherries on it. And maybe a nice little tea cup/saucer set. Some lovely bath items. A scarf. A retro-styled apron....!!!! Clearly, I could go on. For me, Anthropologie is a place to treat myself to a little something nice (or a lotta somethings gorgeous) every once in a while. With its pretty lighting, high ceilings and chic decor, the store itself acts as a soothing retreat. If I were to rate the clothing and store aesthetic on its own, the store would get 4.5 stars. Unfortunately (and this is the part where you and I cringe), much of the service leaves me wanting more. I don't think that some guests should receive preferential treatment simply because they are more demanding and high-maintenance. More often than not, I am ignored, just glossed over in favor of somebody else. It makes me feel like an unvalued guest. Generally speaking, the younger members of the staff knew what from what and treated me with genuine politeness and care. It was the attitude from the old-school guard that hurt my feelings most. Yes, okay, I might not be able to wear the teeny-tiny chiffon blouses, but I might be able to pull off a dress or two and look kinda cute. If you'd just give me a fitting room, I'd be able to find out. I know that the clientele you often receive isn't exactly the most pleasant group, but I don't think that the nice ones should go overlooked. Maybe if you treated them better, the nice patrons would visit more often. (I know I would if I just felt more welcome and comfortable.) I've been to a few other locations and have been blown away by the kindness of their staff. I just wish that this location had service as nice as their product. read more

I'm going with four stars, and you know why? Knobs. There are about a thousand jokes I could make based on that eventuality, but it's true. I've been in here from time to time since they opened, and I even understand a majority of the criticism (within reason) that some levy. But for me, there will always be knobs. And the sheer joy of discovering those and other accoutrements that can help add a little something to your living space. The critical among us tend to point to the pricing structure here, and I can't say that I don't get that (some items are frankly spendy), but for the style and selection of what they have going here, the fact that I can always make the dessert lover smile with a well-thought out surprise, and the fact that we've almost always encountered super helpful but rarely intrusive staff make this place work just fine for me. And the coup de gras? Knobs. This weekend we really changed the nuance of one of our rooms at home by switching out the knobs. The pessimist would say that means that it's easy to spend lots of money fixing up his home, and he'd be right. But I was jazzed enough to find our new additions that if I had to do it all over again, I'd do it all over again. And that works plenty great for me. I only ask that you take a quick peek at what you're turning when you exit, thanks. Those knobs have a legacy. read more

I love the craftmanship of the clothing, housewares and pretty much everything in the store. Everything is unique and colorful.The space is truly amazing with high ceilings and very light and airy. Unfortunately that is where the beauty ends. Am I just crazy or did someone cut off all air supply in the sale room? They keep it like 90 degrees in there. Are they trying to get all of us frugal shoppers out? No seriously, I have found some major deals here; however the actual quality of the items, not so hot. I got my earrings for my wedding there wore them on my wedding and went to wear them again and they broke. A pearl actually fell out. I have purchased all of my bed linens from Anthropologie and they are flimsy and fall apart after several washes. But they are very pretty to look at. Lastly, the staff can be uber snobby. Last time I was there I picked up a large decopaged container and some items fell that were beside it. Nothing broke. A salesperson came over and I apologized and said, "Don't worry, nothing is broken" and her response was "good". Good thing I am not going there to meet friends. read more

"We gladly accept returns accompanied by an original receipt." Or so it says on Anthropologie's receipts. So I did not appreciate the stern lecture I received from the sales person when returning a top yesterday. I loved the color but I ended up not loving the asymmetrical hem, despite trying it with three different pants/shorts styles at home. I just couldn't make it work so I never wore it. I had, however, taken the tag off, thinking I'd eventually be able to wear it. I had the original receipt and the tag but the sales person felt the need to berate me for taking the tag off before I was sure I was going to keep it. She said, "it's not that I don't believe you" and that she would "make an exception this time". Not cool. read more

Anthropologie has become my "Go-To" gift giving store. Yes, its a chain, blah, blah, blah . . . But their products are so nice; between their clothing and home accessories, you can pretty much never go wrong. I have dresses, necklaces, tops, latte bowls and even bathroom cabinet knobs from this store. The style is classic without being trendy and appeals to a wide range of ages. Plus it smells SO good in here! A few of their items can cost you an arm and a leg, but I have also found some steals from the discount rack, and many of their household items can cost as little as $5. My family has learned they can buy me pretty much anything from this store and I will be pleased, and in return I can buy almost any woman any item from Anthropologie and I know they will like it! And the gifts come in such nice wrapping. That alone is worth buying gifts here! read more

O Anthroplolgie... I heart you but your prices are too much for me to handle. Though some items maybe worth what their tag may state, some pieces are just out of this world! Their clothing is fun, their home goods are inspirational, their knick knacks are screaming at you to buy them, and their customer service is pretty personal until you come smack dap in what seems like their permanent check out line, 3 customers deep. Goo. There are always 5+ employees on the floor but for some reason it doesn't seem as if their associates are crossed trained to work the fitting room and the cash wrap... that is such a huge faux pa to me. I adore this place - I could spend an hour (and have in the past) just walking around touching everything and sighing wistfully. It's rare that I can actually afford anything, but I like to dream about it. Also, most of the time I don't think I can pull off any of the clothes, and in my actual living space, none of the housewares would actually work, no matter how much I appreciate them. My husband and I played hooky last Friday for a day-date and headed over to Book People to hang. Luckily we got a bonus treat because Anthro and REI are right next door so we got the chance to treat yoself. My husband treated me to a beautiful dress from the window (which convinced me to go inside in the first place), two blouses, and some printed corduroy stretch pants. You read that right, I swear they are awesome. They really are a work of art, and my husband would not let me leave without them he was so enamored. Some items were on clearance, so I only threw up a little in my mouth at the register. So yup, I'm fan, but I'm holding one star because I just think it's overpriced. With clothing, I believe in paying a bit more for a quality item, but in this case I think branding has over inflated pricing. read more

Very sweet, very helpful sales girls. I was a terrible customer the other day and everyone was so nice about it. I stopped in on my way home from yoga to peek at the new fall merchandise and check out the sales room. I had mall hours in mind and had been assuming that they were open until 9. I started finding tons (and I do mean tons, I don't shop that often so when I do I make an event out of it) of things and sending them back to the dressing room. I seriously had 75+ items to try on. I finally get myself back to the dressing room about 7:40 (still thinking they are open until 9). Everyone was really friendly, no one rushed me. Lots of help and offers to find other sizes. About 8:30 I'm pretty close to done and wanting to make sure I'm out of there before they close for the evening. I ask the sales girl - "you guys close at 9 right?" She tells me, still being nice about it, that they actually close at 8. I was mortified and felt terrible and fell all over myself apologizing. She very sincerely assured me that it was not a problem as the staff had lots of things to do to around the store before they could leave. I am seriously amazed at how professional and nice the entire staff was to me that evening. They would have been well within their rights to tell me when I entered the dressing room at 7:40 that they closed in 20 minutes, or to tell me at any point after 8 to get a move on. But they didn't. They continued to help me and do so in a gracious and sincerely friendly way. I was able to get a lot of great things for fall and now I am set and don't have to worry about fall clothes. Killing time and getting in trouble go hand in hand when I'm at Anthropologie. Their clothes are uber expensive but there are also great deals to be found! and sometimes I enjoy a good hunt. I'm not sure what style category to even put Anthro in...vintage, urban, modern, strange, comfortable, overpriced? yea..all of these fit the bill. I do have to say they do sell quality clothes. I have a good amount of pieces that have withheld years of wear. I love their kitchen stuff, so cute and sometimes unpractical but that could be said for many other things. The window displays are gorgeous and intricate. There is just so much to look at! Pro-tip: babies love this place because it's loud and colorful ;) Either that or my gf was lying because she just needed a grownup break. read more

I've been to other Anthropolgies before and always found the customer service hit or miss. I guess they have nationwide training in how to be rude because it continues here in Austin. I'll stick to the online version. I go in early when there are very few customers, and of course, I'm invisible, especially with the pile of clothes over my arm. Yet an other woman with one item, is offered the royal treatment. I had to actually ask for a room after the two pranced off around me. When I finally caught the salesgirls eye, she actually asked: "Did you want to try those on??" Duh! No, I want to walk around with them for fun. Gorgeous store, great things, and now I can try the stuff on before I come home and actually buy them. These girls aren't getting my commission. read more

I don't want to make this post. However, I've got a fashionista wielding a weapon alarmingly close to my head making some threats. Apparently, I conveniently "forget" where I purchase some clothing articles when asked, resulting in this pretty desperate - sorry, I meant... dramatic effort to obtain information. I don't type so well with the heel of a stiletto pointed at me. Forgive typos. I bought a funky, striped, royal blue silk skirt here for $65 off the clearance rack, and, remarkably, it fit ok. OWWW OKAY! It was $40 off the clearance rack. And it fit perfectly. Geez. I bought another skirt the likes of which I've never seen before for $80... I'm sorry. Okay, okay. I meant... also for $40. From the clearance rack. Please don't pull so hard on the hair. There are a lot of places to shop in Austin. For some reason, I enjoy quality at an affordable price. And now the world knows about the back room at Anthropologie. Not a good thing. -1 star for the crazy prices on some items, and the fact that I'm now missing a clump of hair. read more

Anthropologie has constantly been a frequent stop in the past few years for gifts, browsing, and admiring beautiful displays and sets. The floor walkers and greeters are always pleasant when entering, the selection of goods is wide, quirky cool, but still curated for a modern home, and the layout of the store is creative and well thought-out. If there's anything that I think that they need to improve on, it is absolutely the customer service of their employees in handling transactions--I honestly quite dread checking out here for wait times, whether it comes to the lag of the cashiers caught up in conversation, the line that seems to crawl, and the tedious way gifts are wrapped and bagged (given- I understand that items need care, but there's a difference). In one recent visit, I purchased three items, two of which I requested a gift receipt. I made sure to point this out to the cashier before scanning my items in case two separate transactions were needed. She said it wasn't a problem. After paying for all items in one transaction, she printed out the gift receipt, picked it up, looked at the receipt, and put it in the bag. After seeing this I had no reason to doubt that she did it correctly. It wasn't until I left and assembled the gift that I looked at the receipt, which contained the original three items (not the two that I asked for), so I excluded it from the gift. The fact that the cashier looked at the receipt showed that she saw that it was incorrect but for whatever reason, failed to reprint a correct receipt, maybe hoping I wouldn't notice in haste, and even skipping wrapping the third item, assuming that it wasn't part of the gift. I also had to ask for a gift box when in the past, they had been provided generously. Did the receipt matter in that case? Not really, because the gift was for someone who loves Anthropologie goods (as I admire them as well). The principle was that I as a purchaser, wasn't able to provide the courtesy of a gift receipt, which was why I chose to purchase from this store for a luxe gift. Also, in years past Anthro has always been generous with packaging materials and boxes for gifts, but they seem stingier these days. I don't think this store delivers the excellent customer service and quality of the shopping experience that I expect from Anthropologie. If this review sounds harsh, it hasn't been the first time. As much as I love what Anthropologie sells, I can't tell what percentage of my clothes are still together vs the ones that are just fine that I've bought there. It seems it could be 50 - 75% are irreperably broken. I took one item in to get fixed as it severely became disjointed, and even after professional help, it still came entirely undone. I'm going to have to say the fabric is not so good for the design. But yet, I can't help it, I do love it so and wear the damn thing hole and all. I know this says something about me, but, whatever. I don't buy nearly as much as I would otherwise, so that's one for me. But I continue to go back, so that's one for them. I might be annoyed by the staff but I can't even get there because of the quality issue. And the quality issue is why I give it such a low grade. Design, great. Not always, but on average. If I were a trust fund baby-- this is where I would stock my wardrobe, buy my dishes, furnish my apartment, and get all of my jewelry. but alas, I'm not. SO...I scrape by sorting through the countless items banished to the clearance section with the occasional splurge on the 'good stuff'. I meandered through anthro today with no real plan--horrible life decision. That means I had no goal. Nothing specific to look for. AND no time limit. Enter me: doe eyed, dreamy and drawn to the newly stocked sale racks. But everything in the full price section was so pretty....CRAP. Next thing I know they have started me a fitting room. I have 4 dresses, 3 shirts, 2 sweaters, a belt, a scarf and a necklace. I have that excited but terrified feeling as I try things on...it all fits. I want it all. I can't afford it all. But I want it. It's so "me"--that shirt would go with my new jeans. and this dress with the necklace and belt. what a cute outfit. OH the slippery slope. I narrow things down. I'm having buyer's remorse BEFORE I check out. seriously--the devil and angel on each shoulder. It's so expensive. BUT ALMOST EVERYTHING IS ON SALE. You never spend this much money. BUT YOU GET PAID THIS FRIDAY. Yes, the naughty shopaholic was louder. I threw up a little in my mouth when I swiped my credit card. At the end of the shopping trip--I got 2 dresses, 2 sweaters, a belt, a scarf and a necklace. My total bill? $280. More than I planned-YES! worth it? I think so...everything I got is beautiful. I got one staple wardrobe piece that is perfect for the season (eggplant purple sweater)--everything else was clearance. The staff was very helpful, but not pushy. They let me wander for a good hour wthout making me feel like I didn't belong. I'm feeling pretty confident with my purchases...tags are off almost everything. Beautiful store---stays with trends, classic lines for the most part--the twist is the fabric or the combinations. Another dreamy Sunday, I'm sure to come by again. ***then I got home and ordered another dress online that they didn't have my size in the store. *gulp. addiction is brutal. read more
