First timer and I was shocked how such a little store has so much to offer and it took me so long to get through it. My first excursion I came home with a bunch of specialty picture frames, a key hook and a candle set but took lots of pictures for my "wish list" of things to buy. Staff is very friendly and the whole experience is very relaxing. No one bothers you while you look and they are they when you need to them answer questions. My kinda place. Arhaus sells pieces of mediocre quality at premium pricing and refused to acknowledge customer…read morecomplaints. We recently purchased a Leandro media cabinet that was advertised as "Craftsman-built from solid reclaimed spalted oak wood." The website description was later updated to "Craftsman-built from solid reclaimed spalted oak wood, and oak veneers", apparently in response to my complaint. The reality is that the piece, along with other Arhaus furniture, are cheaply veneered engineered materials, not craftsman built wood. The veneers are not well applied, and the lack of quality is apparently. I also had to repair the veneer on a coffee table that we purchased where the veneer extended above the surface and quickly caught/was pulled off. Shame on me for not learning our lesson with that piece. I talked to CSR on 4/28 and sent pictures of the poor quality piece to the requested email (arhauscustomercare4@arhaus.com). After not getting a response, I sent a follow up on 5/2 that again received no response. As of this review, still no response, other than they apparently updated the website description to avoid the obvious false marketing. At this point, I'm very disappointed to learn that Arhaus has both major quality issues and major customer service issues. If you have the money to buy these pieces, I highly recommend instead looking at an actual craft furniture manufacturer where you will get a much higher quality product at similar prices.

My husband and I got out of our car with our legally required face masks and waited for the gathering by the door to clear. We waited by the car for 5 - 6 minutes, looking directly at these women who continued to chat. We finally decided not to shop here since they were breaking the law by not wearing face masks. We are very careful about where we shop since my mother lives with us and is 94 years old. If Just A Little Bit Country doesn't care about the health and safety of their customers, then it is not a store I'm interested in.

I have a love/hate relationship with most locations of Menards. The love: They have literally everything. Their stores are packed with anything you may need for any DIY project you're considering, whether it's an indoor plumbing project our an outdoor landscaping adventure--they've got everything you need. The hate part comes in with the same note--they are so large and have so much stock that it's always a bit hard to navigate. So, exemplary service comes in clutch. Unfortunately, in my opinion, that's where many locations of Menards falls short. Not so, at this location! We were on the hunt for something specific, enlisted the aid of a worker who walked us to the aisle and made sure we found what we needed. Hurray! Get to it!

Historical Waukesha has long been limited with boutiques such as Polished Patina. Where can you go locally for boutiques like this? You would have to leave Waukesha. Places such as Harvest Home in Pewaukee is the closest, but it sure is nice to have boutiques like this here in Waukesha with inventory from local businesses and an eclectic fashion and furnishings. What I also like about Polished Patina are the craft classes. A short walk from the farmer's market or head over to Rochester Deli and shop at Polished Patina. These are the businesses that help change downtown Waukesha and we need more businesses like these.
