This store had a wide variety of makes and models to choose from. Unfortunately, the salespeople helping us didn't seem to know much about the different machines and weren't able to offer much guidance on the features, strengths, or differences between them. That made it difficult to narrow down the choices. We left the store with a favorite in mind, but we weren't confident enough to make a purchase. I wish we had connected with someone who could have helped us think more critically about the options and determine which machine was the best fit for our needs. FYI: We ultimately purchased a machine somewhere else, and it ended up being a very different model than the one we were considering here.
