They had a nice selection of shoes, both business casual and sporty styles. I like supporting brick and mortar stores, but I may find myself visiting H&M online more because there is a larger selection.

There's a new guy at the checkout, and he's truly the rudest person in the world. He should get a crash course in how to treat customers politely and kindly. I have a Kohls credit card for over 20 years. I received a piece of mail stating that due to more…read morethan 3 years of "inactivity" they would cancel my account if I didn't make a purchase within the next month. I called to bring to their attention the error. After debating me on the issue, the agent then changed the parameter of the letter making the "inactive time" now at 22 months instead of 36 months. They want me to purchase something just for the privilege of having their card. They would not correct the error in the initial letter then changed the parameters of said letter to suit their needs. Account now canceled. Quality has gone down anyway. just super annoying. would recommend this company.They will close like all the other big stores with this attitude.
