I have a Kohls credit card for over 20 years. I received a piece of mail stating that due to more than 3 years of "inactivity" they would cancel my account if I didn't make a purchase within the next month. I called to bring to their attention the error. After debating me on the issue, the agent then changed the parameter of the letter making the "inactive time" now at 22 months instead of 36 months. They want me to purchase something just for the privilege of having their card. They would not correct the error in the initial letter then changed the parameters of said letter to suit their needs. Account now canceled. Quality has gone down anyway. just super annoying. would recommend this company.They will close like all the other big stores with this attitude. read more

I love shopping here. You never know what you will find. Besides clothes, there's kitchen gadgets, jewelry, fun games, holiday garb, coats, shoes and great ideas for grab bag gifts. The blanket I bought was so soft people were fighting over the gift. I also love all the employees because they are so friendly. Parking never an issue and there is usually a good deal going on. It felt like a vacation walking into a Kohl's in the low country, which made me not want to go back to my hectic Chicagoland stores...AT ALL! Anyways, I'm going to write a realistic review. Hubby received a phone call from his bro. regarding the "missing white shirt" for the wedding. I happened to have a 30% coupon with me since I'm a Kohl's card holder. We, therefore, made an emergency purchase. We were greeted by all the sales associates that we encountered. Hubby was able to find a white shirt. Well, let me I reiterate...that was the ONLY Marc Anthony white shirt he could find. We perfunctorily browsed through the clearance section to see if there was a deal available. However, we did settle on that $44 white shirt hubby found initially at the end. That shirt turned out to be $33 and some change with our lovely Kohl's coupon. Kohl's apparently has launched the reward program without having to apply for the Kohl's charge. I'm a casual Kohl's shopper, so I haven't taken the time to educate myself on perks that this Kohl's new reward program has to offer. Once again, this Kohl's was clean, organized, and welcoming. I got a drone for my son for Christmas here. It never worked. Procrastinating me didn't take it back to the store until June 8th. I took it back to customer service not knowing what to expect. I didn't have the receipt. The box was duct taped back into its "original shape" +/- I was refunded the entire amount I paid for it. It had been on sale when I bought it and what I was refunded seemed high. But she didn't take it personally and 175 or so days after I had bought it they gave me the refund. No. Questions. Asked. Now, check out the review I will be putting up about a similar transaction at BestBuy. I love Kohl's. It's such a nice atmosphere and reminds me of my childhood (3 sisters) and the time my brother and I spent in JC Penney's waiting for them to all get their new school clothes. Le sigh. read more

I wouldn't typically shop at Kohls ( ita my mom and grandma's favorite store) but I came in to see what's in stock and I hit the jackpot! I got a whole seasons worth of summer dresses at a very reasonable price. The clearance was epic. Great experience over all and a very clean store. read more

Morgan in customer service was amazing today!! I had a pretty large Amazon return order and she was such a huge help! She was so patient with me, kind, calm, and was quick with the return process! I'm a big fan of Kohl's. Not only do they carry quality clothing at reasonable prices over that of the big name department stores, but you can also find things like kitchen appliances, stereo/surround sound systems, bedding, and other things such as dog beds, funky beer mugs, and other stuff you don't need but want. The staff at Kohl's has always been great. From the cashiers to customer service in the back, they always have a smile on their face and are happy to help you out. I guess one of my favorite things about Kohl's is their awesome 10% to 30% off coupons on top of their already low prices. It's awesome when you check out spending less than half what you thought it was going to cost. read more

Although this location is a bit far, I think its one of the few box stores I like. Whenever I go there, none is in the store except the employees. I recently fell in love with the Childrens section. They always have such great clearance rack! The store is very large. I feel its a little pricy, but the quality of clothing is good. The shoes are always expensive. I truly like their home goods section. They always have such great quality comforters and cheap picture frames. read more

Shop when things are actually on sale (for at least 30% off), then stack a % off coupon with a $ off coupon and that is what makes shopping at Kohl's worth it. Unfortunately, customer service is all the way in the back (on the left side of the store when you walk in), so to make a return is a haul, especially if you guess the wrong side... I'm embarrassed to say that this is the very first Kohl's I've ever visited. What a pleasant surprise! I enjoyed the less quantity/more quality selections. I didn't have to decide between fifty versions of the same item and, to me, the price points were very fair. I particularly loved the kitchen section. A big shout out to ALL personnel! Kohls charged me twice for the same item. At first they were accusing me of being a thief! Then they said it was my fault. After they finally got around to investigating, they realized that their cashier and system made the mistake. Kohls thinks that the problem will go away, but it hasn't. They still not have refunded my money and it pains me to think I will need to go to small claims court to get my money back. read more
