Very disappointing experience with Anthropologie. About 10 months ago, I returned two items together in one package using the company's USPS return label and was later told by customer service that the issue had been resolved. Months later, my orders started getting canceled without explanation, and I began receiving emails accusing me of keeping merchandise that had already been returned. I explained multiple times that both items were returned together, but customer service responses were repetitive, confusing, and unhelpful. When I requested the corporate address for a complaint, they repeatedly sent the warehouse return address instead of properly addressing my concerns. The entire experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and frustrating. After being a loyal customer since 2018, I no longer feel comfortable shopping with Anthropologie due to the poor communication and lack of accountability. read more

Yesterday, I spent several hours in the Mall, both Christmas shopping and shopping for an upcoming trip to over seas, in which I will need linen, light-weight summer outfits. I spent time, and purchased items in each of my favorite stores where customer service is consistently top notch: Neiman Marcus, Zara, Free People, Ecco etc. I started my shopping day, in Neiman Marcus where the moment I came up the escalator headed to the pick up perfume, at least 5 different sales people greeted me, and even walked with me over to the Jo Malone station, waited with me until the appropriate sales person arrived, and helped me look for the specific scent I desired. A sales person also called on their cell phone, to find out where the sales person was that I needed. She stayed and chatted with me until the Jo Malone representative showed up. This same kind of attention to detail and excellent customer service was offered in each of the other stores I shopped at as well. Unfortunately, this was not the case at Anthropologie@Fashion Show Mall. I was ignored when I first walked in the store by several sales people who were in the front of the store. And I heard and noticed sales other shoppers, who came in the store after me, receiving a warm "welcome in" greeting. I walked in big circles around the store for 20 minutes slowly, and still not one sales person came over and asked if I needed help! I finally ended up at the very back of the store near the stock room and dressing room, where a man who looked like he was stocking the shelves, noticed me on his way to take a rack of clothes to the discounted section. He kindly asked if I wanted to have a look at the clothes before he took them over. We chatted briefly because at that point I was so relieved someone finally acknowledged me in the store. Exhausted by the entire experience, I was ready to leave, when I noticed a man with a turquoise and silver necklace on, walk all the way from the cash register, cutting directly across my path as if I was invisible, to let the gentleman shelving the sales items know, when to take a break. He then walked past me a second time, ignoring me, however he acknowledged and warmly greeted another female shopper nearby. I decided to stop him, and ask if he was the manager. He said he was one of them. I pointed out how badly I felt being in the store for over 20 minutes and ignored, and then worse than actually being overlooked in the store, he said, with the nastiest most patronizing and condescending tone, "Ooooh My"! No apology, still no greeting, nor any inquiries as to what I might be shopping for! I told him what a major problem it was for the store to greet some customers, and ignore others. He continued to make condescending remarks as if making fun of me. I simply walked away, and before I headed out of the store, I made certain to remark to another one of the "so-called" managers how I was ignored. She was a bit more sympathetic, however by then it was too late. Long story short, if you are a POC, don't bother shopping at Anthropologie@Fashion Show Mall, Las Vegas. They have horrible customer service!!! Spend your money elsewhere, where the sales team cares about the shopping needs of all people. I purchased items from every other store simply because of good customer service. read more

This location replaces the old location that was inside the Caesars Forum Shops. I miss those days of shopping right after winning at the tables. This location does not have a Petite Store, which was perfect for me because my wife is petite... lol, which means I didn't have to buy her a thing during this visit! Customer service was excellent and the place was spotless. Just wish they had some seating available for patient boyfriends or husbands to lounge in while their significant others shopped til they dropped. I'll be back for sure, as I frequent Vegas often and when I do, I bring my wife, hence the visits to the mall. read more

This is a Beautiful store, with great merchandising & visuals. I also love their merchandise. Sadly, it is the lack of attention to customer service that made me want to leave. I walked in the front made a comment about the cute merch up front and the employee folding shirts standing a few steps away merely ignored me. I then proceed to look around near the accessories by the cash wrap and the 2 gals behind are so busy gossiping they could not look up to say "hello, " or how are you finding everything, what are you shopping for?" Nothing. They were completely self absorbed, barely looking up. Disappointed, I headed towards the back area, a very stylish gal with red tights, blond looked directly at me (I thought finally, maybe some acknowledgment)....nope. Needless to say your huge lack of attention to customer service wether it be attitude or complacence is completely disappointing. Also, point to add that I myself was quite dressed up after visiting the mall after work, not that it should matter if I were in sweatpants. I wanted to purchase a few things but was made to feel unvalued, why would I want to spend my money there? Please host a customer service training , get some personality in this Beautiful store with such a reputable name. read more

I've been a anthro member for decades. Five stars overall, well perhaps a 4 1/2 for the LV locations- no shoes! Yes, one can go online and order and return in the store if need be. However, come on! Listen, I'm accustomed to the large sized Anthros. LV is getting kicked to the curb, what about the terrain items?! Yes, yes online I'm aware. Let me suggest you become an Anthropologie member, it's free provide a name, email and phone number. This way if you misplace a receipt, it's under the anthro id:) Now, when one always enters the scent of the burning candles is irresistible. Peruse over, and grab some candles and purchase those delightful scented candles! Those Pilcro jeans with the frayed bottom or embellishments are out of stock in your size. Well, no worries! One of the lovely Anthropologists will see if your size is elsewhere or online and will ship them for free. Great selection of jeans, tops, skirts etc. & home furnishing & accessories are ever changing daily and weekly. So, hurry in! Wait, is it late at night?! They have a great website;) read more

I like this Anthropologie, but then again I like (okay, love) all Anthropologies. If you aren't familiar with the brand they offer women's clothing, shoes, jewelry, and other accessories, bath and body products, along with home goods, books, and even a more expanded selection online including furniture, wallpaper, artwork, and more. The style is a little vintage/bohemian, and just all around lovely and gorgeous. Simply entering the store will make you happy as it is always so pleasing to the eye. Pricing is high, but they sometimes have 30-40% off sale, and that is when you should do the majority of your shopping. Compared to other locations I felt this one was lit a little more dimly, and perhaps a bit small. Customer service was fine. I wasn't greeted or offered assistance on the floor, but when checking out the cashier was nice enough. If I'm visiting the mall I'll certainly make a point of stopping by. read more

Expensive? Yes! Worth it? Yes! Why? Because they carry unique clothing that you do not see everyone wearing. The styles range from hip and trendy to classic and feminine. Every season the clothes change and I love that they have limited inventory so once these pieces are gone, they are gone. They have some good sales and I have been lucky a couple of times in terms of purchasing something that was once over $100 for $25! Pretty smokin deal! You just have to be shopping at the right time to score these deals. They mainly carry clothing, jewelry and some unique housewares in their stores. Online they carry shoes, furniture, housewares, books etc. I really enjoy all the variety of items they carry. Most of their products I do not see in other stores which I love. It is like shopping in a boutique yet they are a large store with so many beautiful items at your fingertips. The designers that Anthropologie uses all have a distinct look, but one of my favorites is Maeve. I have bought many pieces by this designer as the clothes are trendy yet classic and always look good on me. I choose to shop at the Fashion Show Mall store and also the District Store. Both stores are a nice size and have plenty of items to choose from. The customer service is usually good at both stores. They don't fall all over you to help, but when I ask someone is always available to assist. If I could afford to, I would do the majority of my clothing shopping here and if money was limitless, I would probably purchase some of their furniture too, but for now I will continue to shop their sales and splurge every now and then for a nice garment or two! read more

Located near the Ann Taylor Store and Neiman Marcus department store side of the lower level of the Fashion Show Mall (in the mall directory, it is called Lower Level East); the elevator and escalators are nearby. It's a lovely store with a nice inviting layout, along with nice furniture to sit and wait (hubbies welcome), filled with nice things for your home, as well, as gorgeous clothing (the mannequin displays always spark fashion ideas) and pretty jewelry. The ladies working here are nice as well, greeting you upon entering. I love, love, love the womens clothing from this line, especially the beautiful dresses and stylish cardigans (this company is owned by trendy Urban Outfitters; the style here is one part bohemian, one part romantic, one part pretty). I've been to the mall many times, but yesterday was my first visit to the store (although I went to the old location quite a bit, and the District location as well). I always look at the clearance section located towards the back of the store (priced as marked) as I am a regular online as well. Clothing inventory is always changing and I notice the petite styles are always "Sold Out." This is the first place I think of when asked about "the store most likely to max out your credit cards." Come to think of it, I am coming here when I have a splurge moment. I did see a few nice cardigans yesterday. read more

I agree! - the Caesars location had a different vibe. Oh well, I will stop at any anthropologie store I find. Every season contains several pieces that suit me. I own many pieces that are akin to collectors items - am shocked to see they hold value on eBay even years later. Anthro designers have a very feminine style - classy, unique, and good quality materials. As another reviewer said, there's usually a treasure or two on the sales racks if you don't want to pay full price. I never leave empty handed. Sales people are always at the ready, never overbearing. Once had a sweater held while I went in to return a mail order for a different size and they even refunded my shipping! read more

The Caesars Palace location moved to Fashion Show! This was my first visit to the new location and my first visit to anthropologie in forever. I was glad to be back among the beautiful sartorial options that almost cost an arm or leg, if only to gaze upon all the pretty eye candy. It is difficult to describe the anthropologie style; words like "bohemian," "French Mediterranean," "colorful," and "feminine" come to mind. The clothing, housewares, and accessories are not cheap, but there are lots of sale items (some of which are very reasonably priced) that always tempt me when I visit. I have scored $20 pants and tops on previous occasions and they garner many compliments to this day. My trip tonight was due to an invite for the store's monthly birthday party for its VIP members (my friend invited me! I don't spend THAT much money at anthropologie!). Upon checking in, we were encouraged to sample the baby cupcakes, tarts, and macarons on display as well as the prosecco and strawberry-infused water. Service was lovely and helpful while we tried on various items of clothing. My friend and I both purchased a couple of pieces and left poorer in cash but richer in calories (thanks for the treats!). I like this store. I go visit here every time I go to the Fashion show mall. However, I saw an employee texting someone on the floor while working. Very unprofessional. If I see any store clerk using their cell phone at the store, I leave. And I don't respect the store that allows their employees to use a cell phone on the floor. read more

The mystique that draws me into Anthropologie is the styling of the displays with ordinary everyday objects. I adored the Caesars location and had my first visit at the Fashion Show store. I was heartbroken. The vibe of the store is missing and it feels sad. Their items remain vibrant, quirky and gorgeous but the store itself feels bare, like someone doesn't care about it and the inventory seems sparse. I will be revisiting it before I leave Vegas to see if I feel differently - I hope I do. read more

I need to open this by saying that I LOVE Anthropologie. I adore the clothes, the ambience, and the employees are usually so friendly. This store was an unfortunate exception. It was clear that the employees thought that my friend and I were stealing. While I was trying on clothes one of the employees knocked on my door and asked if I had a dark skirt. I told her I did not. She then said she was mistaken and asked if I had a dark jumper or something. Again, I said I did not. She then asked for something else, and I said I didn't know what she was referring to so she could come in and look. I let her into my room where she half heartedly looked through my clothes and left. As we were leaving the store another employee followed closely behind us and pretended to look at clothes as she was staying in close proximity to us. I understand that these people have a job, but I couldn't discern what had made these people think I was stealing. Was it that my friend and I have tattoos or that I was taking too long in the dressing room (I had like thirty things)? Either way it hurt my feelings and made me feel uncomfortable. I wish I hadn't spent $200 there, and I wish that the employees had been more discrete in their suspicion of us. read more
