Free People is my favorite store! This Free People is on the smaller side but they have a lot of options! They don't offer FP Movement but have all of the new arrivals in store! We walked in and were completely ignored. The workers followed us but did not bother to greet us. But when other groups of non-diverse people walked in they were welcomed and asked if they needed help finding things. Sucks because we love free people and I buy items from them at least once a month. And on top of that, the whole outfit I was wearing is from Free people and we were still treated as if we couldn't afford it or were going to steal. Rude. I'd rather shop online or at the store in Summerlin. They're much nicer and more open minded there. Avoiding this location. ETA: I read some of the other reviews for this place and the way they treated us is not an isolated incident. It seems that they do target certain individuals and are nicer to the majority race here. Whoever is doing the hiring and training at this tiny location seems problematic. Corporate should retrain and look closer at everyone who works at this store. read more

Went to this location for the first time today. I was already informed that is much smaller then the store in Summerlin, but it wasn't that bad. It doesn't have the activewear area like the Summerlin store does. If you park in the red parking area, then the escalators will take you right up to the store. It's near the Starbucks and Auntie Anne's Pretzels.. I agree with all the other Yelp reviews that the employees at this location aren't very nice. They pretty much ignore you until they're forced to actually help you. That's nuts, but oh well. It sucks because Free People is one of my favorite brands. I absolutely love their sweaters, rompers, hair accessories, hats, beanies, jewelry, Excetera The Free People brand is sort of hippie/bohemian inspired, which is just kind of odd because that isn't my style. The prices are higher than other brands. A sweater can easily run you $168. I recently purchased one of the layered necklaces and it was $48. A large hair clip will run you $16 and a hair bow $34. Hands down my favorite brand. I order online and return in store. This store is smaller, so sizes are somewhat limited. I have purchased from the store, but not much. The 5 stars is for the wonderful ladies that work there! Olivia and Taylor have been amazing! This goes out to my girl Patina!!! Girl is always dressed in some cute FP ish (to be fair I am too! It's 60-70% of my closet, and 90% of what I wear!) she's always accommodating, kind, knows the line and that I'm wearing it, compliments me (though that's not the reason I think she's amaze, just helps lol) and is everything you'd want a brick and mortar experience to be. Everything's online, so customer service is the only thing that sets anything apart anymore. Girl ran into the mall to find me and lmk something I said I was gonna rebuy online cheaper, she could price match in the store for me!!!! Who does that?! Patina! That's who! Folks barely walk anywhere, this girl RAN!!! Like I said, everyone is always friendly, smiling and kind. Olivia and Taylor are very customer focused and people of their word too. If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't think it is normal to go into a store to browse, make some general eye contact with the employee, and be 100% ignored/not acknowledged. Nobody asked if I needed assistance and let's be real, nobody even said hi, thank you, or bye. Absolutely horrible customer service. The store had possibly one customer if not just 3 employees. It doesn't make your store look good to have employees talking story at the register and ignoring potential customers. Wow... hope they get some better training soon. I read Norma's review and I pray that this isn't the case with all employees because that would be absolutely ridiculous. Surprisingly, this location is smaller than the one I usually shop in Utah. Get with it, Vegas! I like the look of it, though-the high ceilings, lighting, navigation of the store, and cute little clearance "closet" in the back. If you aren't familiar with the Free People brand it's sort of hippie/vintage/bohemian inspired. They carry women's clothing, an intimates line, a small amount of shoes (although I didn't notice any at this particular store), jewelry, and other accessories. Pricing is moderate to high, for example most dresses except something very basic are going to be $100+. They do sometimes have good sales, though. I would recommend downloading their app for access to specials. I've been disappointed by the customer service at some of their other stores, but they were fine at this location, if not overly friendly. read more

I really like free people, their price point is reasonable for their quality and style in my opinion and it works for my lifestyle. Workers don't come up and bug you at first, I know a lot are suppose to but I just like to walk around without someone in my face right away, and I also don't want to talk to every store employee about where I'm from why I'm on the strip blah blah blah I mean it's really repetitive and unnecessary after awhile. Even though she did ask if there was anything specific I was shopping for, which I do think is important for them to help you as best as possible, but it wasn't until I started to look like I couldn't find something that she asked if she could help me with anything. But again, that's good with me. They didn't have the pants I was looking for so she grabbed me an alternative option and let me know that I could get the ones I wanted shipped free to my house (I don't know if that applies everywhere in the US but I was shipping to Henderson). she gave us the free people magazine to point out the pants I wanted and she got them ordered once I was done trying everything on. She also was available anytime I needed a new size and even suggested what shoes she thought would look good with something I was trying on that I wasn't sure about. 1 star was docked because inventory seemed really low but I don't know if I just came in close to a shipment or not. Can you say Gypsy Queen? Bohemian gypsy casual woman's clothes and accessories. Small store, a few sale items but original price is steep. I like to come in and browse. I do own a few items and the quality is superb, soft cottons that wash over and over and lace on sweaters that fit just right. This clothing store is amazing. It's a very bohemian/hipster/free spirited fashion boutique. By far the best place to shop in Las Vegas. It's located in the Fasion Show Mall on the Strip. A shirt will typically run you around $100 but lasts forever. I receive endless compliments whenever I wear anything Free People. Defineatly check this place out! read more

I love Free People. However, this Vegas location (in the Fashion Show Mall on the Strip) isn't particularly one of my favorites. It's a bit tiny, and the sale section is very, very tiny ( actually, it's down to one rolling clothing rack!). I don't know why, but it's always HOT at this location. I am instantly burning as soon as I walk in. Also - it's weirdly quiet in here way too often. Why don't more people stop by this store? My favorite store ever! Everyone is always so friendly and personable and just always go above and beyond. I have been shopping with Sonia for years, she is so sweet and wonderful. I love all the girls that work there, they all always greet me with a smile and a warm hello. I recently started shopping at Free people when I realized they had similar prices to urban outfitters but I never felt welcomed at any store not just this location. I found out why when I walked into this specific store. The white female employees just kept chatting and I didn't think much of it until a group white girls walked in a couple minutes later and they greeted them and made them feel welcome. That's when I walked out bc I felt disrespected. I realized I wasn't welcomed bc I'm Hispanic and the employees would never go out of their way to help me, as well as another location in Arcadia, California one of the white employees began trying on a garment After I looked at it and set it back down. I am local and love this store .My daughter and I love to shop here and don't mind spending 70-100 a shirt but lately the staff has been very rude seems like they're always too busy to help. I am a free people junky. I constantly shop here in this location and online. Today was the worst experience. I had a return that I had used a visa gift card to pay with. I told the cashier I wanted a FP store credit instead. So I could buy something else. Well as j am telling her this she puts the charge back on the card and it takes 10-30 days for it to go back on. Needless to say I am pissed she seemed bothered by me. She would be the reason I shop online only. What a bitch she was. And all because she made the mistake. read more

I love this store!! Free People is my favorite brand.. The store may be smaller than most but there are so many hidden gems in every rack. I could spend hours in here!!
