They utilized this opportunity to charge us with unwanted preventive care services. tests came in and they asked us to set up an appointment. we learned that later that they are charging $100+ for me & wife separately. but we were not told ahead of time that we will be charged. Its very easy for anyone to read the test results and could have avoided this. Some of the staff doesn't even know English. We got the surprising bill manipulating as different services. they suggested like you can do this at home yourself but then keep saying we can quickly take care of it here, never disclosed anything about how much they will charge us. In this economy people are finding really hard time to find a job. how hard is to tell them we charge this much for this service. so that we can decide if we want to do it or not. (45 minutes there, 45 back and an hour at the office) The staff seemed nice, they gave me back my office visit fee and offered to reschedule, but I am not going to wait another 7 weeks and they could not guarantee it would not be a repeat performance.
