The noodles were chewy, great flavors and the pork crispy (looked like bacon than pancetta)... For 5 euros it's such a steal. I saw a bunch of local students swarming the outside of the store while chomping away at their pasta... it has to be good right? On the second day we came they had a gnocchi with red sauce and few meatballs. I think they had the same mushroom vegetarian one they had on the first day as well. We had the meat ones on each day and they were both good. A portion was a good size and filled us up. The pastas were flavorful and came out hot. They give it to you in a take out container with a spork to be eaten. No bags. They don't have seating inside or outside. It's more of a grab and go type of place and the line moves rather quick. In the center was the marketplace section with dry goods and souvenirs to take home. Around the marketplace was different restaurants for grab and go and tables to sit at in small sections around Eatily. There was gelato, a coffee shop, and a bar. The selection was nice. We didn't think much of it at the time, but by the end of our own meal, we unfortunately understood why. The food was decent overall, but the pizzas were a major letdown. They had barely any cheese and were overloaded with tomato sauce, making them feel very unbalanced and disappointing. The biggest issue, however, was with the bill. A dish that we never ordered was brought to our table and then added to our check. When we pointed it out, we expected a simple correction or refund. Instead, we were told they would not remove the charge, leaving us to pay for food we never asked for. That is completely unacceptable and left a very bad impression. We also came as a family of five. There were mostly two- and four-person tables available, and we politely asked if we could move two tables together so we could sit as a family. We were told no, even though we were willing to make it work by having one of the kids sit on a parent's lap. It made the experience feel unnecessarily inconvenient. I do want to mention that most of the servers themselves were friendly and polite throughout our visit. However, good service from individual staff members doesn't make up for being charged for something we didn't order or how the situation was handled afterward. Overall, this experience felt very disappointing and poorly managed. Being required to pay for food we never ordered is not something any customer should have to deal with. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, but based on our experience, I would not recommend dining here.

I like the chocolate wafers in a nice tin to be easy to gift as well as variety chocolates. These can be hard to find at grocery stores as the packaging is not as pretty when mass packaged. Overall I'm glad I stopped by and there is a small selection of discounted goodies by the register if you're looking for a good deal.
