    Mortadella and ricotta
    Natalie P.

Fantastic sandwiches. I came here twice during my stay in Rome. The mortadella and ricotta sandwich is 10/10. Definitely reasonably priced given that you are steps from the pantheon. Quick service. 2 sandwiches came to about 13euro. They are so filling and wrapped so you can eat them on the go. So fresh!

Porchetta freshly unwrapped and ready to serve!

Always is our first stop when arriving in Rome and knowing the food is great and we can take back to the hotel when we can't hold our eyes open!!! Less than $10 Eurs for dinner for two. Drinks not included. Always love to sit in the back with a big plate of fresh porchetta and a glass of wine. Nothing better. The staff has always been great and over our last four trips here we have either picked up food or eaten in the back at least 12 times. Highly recommend. Prices are very reasonable. Don't forget the sweets while checking out.

Amazing spot right next to the Pantheon! Walk straight to the back for a small seating area and enjoy their selection of cured meats and cheeses.

I have been coming to Antica Salumeria near the Pantheon for years. I love that they give you samples of various cold cuts, cheeses, etc. They will vacuum seal for travel and that works perfectly for the long flight home. If you love delicious prosciutto, salami and cheeses, you have to stop by. It's in the same piazza as the Pantheon.

Loved this little shop by the Pantheon. Visited multiple times for late night takeaway. The charcuterie cheese plate was fresh and delicious. Mido provided great service with italian charm and a smile. The truffle cheese and prosciutto and honey with eucalipto were my favorites. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back next time. :)

My husband Federico said I had to buy a sandwich from here and that was the first thing I did when I landed in Rome for my birthday trip. Located in the plaza where the Pantheon is located you can expect a lot of people and for it to be very busy. However, the workers here are swift and have their jobs down pact and make sure to take care of you in a timely manner. I cannot even tell you what I ordered because I was overwhelmed by the amount of deliciousness in one place, I literally went with my family and said I want one of each and we all shared and tasted. We enjoyed them all. They are huge and very tasty. Also, fun tip walk around and taste the different meats and cheeses they offer in store so you can taste a little bit of Rome before devouring a sandwich.

I was not feeling well when I went in here last night but wanted to check it out as I was walking past with my mother. My mother was joking with the staff, trying to speak Italian. We picked out a few products each. She paid first and they gave her a discount for their banter. Then the man walked away. The other employees stared at me, hands full, waiting to check out but I stood patiently. Finally another couple walked in and got some products and a woman working there totally ignored me waiting and helped the couple that came in after me. My mother had to ask the man that helped her to please ring me up as the other woman also ignored me. He acted like it was a chore and wouldn't even hand me my bag of goods. I was really disappointed that I spent my money here and was not respected by the staff when there's lots of other places to spend my money

Walk all the way to the back. Antipasti board 20€ pp they will build heaven on a board. Food & Service are great as is the ambiance. Hind of a hidden gem. They speak a little English just understand better.

One of the best paninis I've ever had. I ordered bresaola with grilled veggies, and enjoyed it by the fountain in front of the pantheon.

Right on the Piazza della Rotonda with the Pantheon. The staff is great and the selection is amazing. This magical place has some fantastic sandwiches. I had the Porchetta and was able to sample some great meats and cheese. There are a few tables in the back and a couple along the sides but the food is equally tasty sitting outside on the piazza and watching the people go by. They are open pretty late (midnight on most nights) so convenient for a quick snack or drink. They even have a small selection of pastries for your sweet tooth too. Yes this is is tourist centric area but the prices are more than fair and the food is pretty darn good. I was there at least a dozen times and the staff was always helpful.

Very nice small deli that packs tons of tasty things. It can be crowded so be very careful, I was pickpocketed while Inside.

Top notch paninis, worth the wait in line to get them. The mortadella and the rapini sandwiches were both excellent.

We were surprised to learn that the restaurant did not actually open until 12:30, and found ourselves with fifteen minutes to kill. Luckily, Roscioli Caffè Pasticceria was right next door. We got seated immediately, a relief given both our timeframe and our slight fatigue after a long walk from Vatican City. We got a small table on the cute little patio, and service was prompt and friendly. We told our waiter about our lunch reservation, and he made sure we were able to leave on schedule. We ordered cappuccinos, which were €3 apiece and delicious, thick with foam. I don't drink coffee at home, but after this one, I enjoyed cappuccinos every day in Italy. So cheap and tasty. The café also offers a robust food menu, and seems like a great place to get a Roscioli meal if you can't land a reservation at the popular (and amazing) salumeria. I'd recommend Roscioli Caffè Pasticceria whether or not you're also eating at the restaurant.

I am a huge pesto fan, so I grabbed several jars of their signature paste. Our group of three ended up trying everything from a red-white sauce; eggplant to prosciutto. The slices being ultra-thin crust just means you can eat more, so it's a win win for all! Really wish I would have tried their other food items though, but it was more of a late night snack.
