Of course they did ask Chris (my uncle) about what his preferences were for the heavier furniture and OK'd everything before they began. My girlfriend and I, Chris, his wife, and three daughters went out to get a bite to eat and spend some time in town while we waited for the job to be done. When we got back, the carpet looked great! Both sets of stairs were done. The rooms smelled and looked clean, and the worst stains in the basement were gone! The carpet also dried quickly, too, so they must've used some of that more advanced technology with less water. I'm impressed! And since I'm being more active with my Yelp account now, I figured I'd give these guys a good review. Definitely give these guys a whirl! The owner came to our home, we walked through and specified important items we wanted done. She stated her team of 3 would be here on afternoon and she over estimated a little to make sure they would have time to complete. Wednesday morning she called and wanted to reschedule for Saturday morning - we preferred week day but agreed. Long story short - showed up and started work with team of 5 people. After 5 hours in the kitchen, small bathroom, laundry/mudroom we owed $470. We were in total shock - didn't have so she "accepted the quoted amount and left. We went into the bathroom and the shower was an absolute mess - trying to add picture - only toilet and sink were done. No floors, no walls. Only 2 windows and countertops were done in laundry room - mudroom not touched. What was done in kitchen was good but incomplete - only 2 of the 5 specific items requested were done. Not one other room was even entered. We paid the whole quoted price for 1/8th the work and only half of that was done correctly. We cannot and will not recommend this company to family, friends, or even our worst enemies. Please learn from our mistake!
