It is an extraction unit (I think that is what they are called) and he started cleaning the rooms and areas that were in the bid. He did the stairs and when there was a stain he didn't gloss over it but aggressively went after it to get the carpet as clean as possible. This is a hard working man who puts his all into the job to make sure I was happy. He kept asking me to look at the areas that needed the most work as well as each room. So we called Marc who did a thorough inspection of our home and came up with a gameplan to clean out carpets and tile so that we could enjoy our new home. He spent almost 5 hours cleaning about 2500 sq ft of carpet (thankfully we had put new wood floors on the main floor or there would have been more) and left everything absolutely beautiful and fresh!!
