John arrived to clean my 2200 square foot home and finished in less than 45 minutes. That would be great except that when he left the carpet did not appear or smell clean. I have two dogs that do have accidents in the house. I was prompt to point that out to John and he said he would see what he could do. When he left the urine spots were still there and the carpet smelled. He told me that the urine had been removed but he couldn't get the stain out. He suggested I use Nature's Miracle on it. I hired John on the pretense that I would wind up with a clean carpet. I also showed him some areas on the edge of the stairs that still appeared to be dirty, he told me they were shadows and would go away when the carpet dried. Needless to say, my carpet still needs to be cleaned, only I think I will hold on to my $300.00 for now, I definitely won't call John again. Every time I vacuum my carpet I am angry as it is just a reminder of the poor service I received.
