The space looked like it was beyond help. We interviewed a few companies that do hardscaping, and always with each person, you feel Ike you're talking to a snake oil salesman. Then I met the owners of Tribeca. From the moment I met Nertil, I knew he was incredibly honest and sincere. Even if he were to be the most expensive company (which he wasn't) this was who we were going with. It's a very small, but very productive crew - they were able to lower the ground in the back of the house to give us more of a ceiling. Hot tub placed perfectly - I requested a double sided fireplace (not a fire pit) and the did an incredible job. We can see it from the hot tub, or in seating on the other side. The pavers came out GORGEOUS! So gorgeous that the company that makes them came over for a photo shoot for their catalogue (I'm still waiting for the photos). Tribeca was also able to install an entire L shaped cooking area with a grill, ice maker, sink, fridge etc... of course with the help of our plumber and electrician. I cannot stress enough how happy I am with the finished product. ..... make your appointments now for the spring!

Mike and his team worked with us to identify ways to upgrade and beautify our home. Then he tapped in to his roster of trusted specialist to do the work (masonry, gutters, etc.). But it doesn't stop there. Mike is on site every day to ensure that the work is done on time, as promised, and on budget. It's been a seamless and wonderful experience. Mike has the eye of a designer and the hands of a carpenter. Our home has never looked better! All I can say is book your job early! I paid upfront for the design and a plant budget because he came highly recommended by people I know. Instead of the planting design I paid for, I received several AI generated elevation printouts with random plants superimposed on a photo of my house. Only approximately 25% of the plant budget was spent and the project remains UNFINISHED because he walked off the job. I attempted to resolve the situation directly with him but he failed to show up for two scheduled meetings and has since ignored my calls, texts, and emails regarding a refund of the unused plant budget. I have now initiated legal action in the NJ Court to recover the money I am seeking. Please beware of Mike Waddell operating as "Plant Daddy". He passes himself off as full service business when in actuality he is a one man fraud. RUN from this guy.
