At 6 I called him to see if he was on his way and he said he was still working on it and I said well you'll just have to deliver it the next day. Then he told me that he was refusing to do the La-Z-Boy chair and return my fabric. Now I have to find another person that could do it within my budget.

I received a text 10/5/19 at 7:15 AM from the proprietor apologizing for not getting back to me…read moreyesterday - out of town with limited service. He stated he couldn't repair my lounge chair as it was bonded leather. - But at least he got back to me!! I called at 9:00 AM 10/4/19 and got an answering machine message advising that I should take pictures of the item to be repaired and text same to Mr. Gainey, which I did, along with a follow up call (I left a voice mail) with specifics about our situation. In Mr. Gainey's message, he indicated he'd review the pictures and text back with an estimate. As of 5:00 PM 10/4/19, I haven't heard a peep from Fibrenew, and am totally unimpressed with Mr. Gainey's business practices. He must have more business than he can handle, if he couldn't find the time to return a text message, at least to tell me that he didn't have time today to give me a quote.
