I originally contacted them about carpet cleaning but decided to also get a quote on cleaning my ceramic floor tiles since this was a new condo and I wanted to be sure to get the unit as clean as possible before moving in. After talking with Ethan, I decided to have them clean both the carpets and the tile. While I was very happy with the carpet cleaning, I was even more impressed with the way the floor tiles looked. The grout lightened up and the natural sheen of the tile was restored. They also sealed the grout following the deep cleaning which hopefully will keep the dirt and grims from building up as fast. What a fantastic job they did! Ethan and Tyler are very knowledgeable and professional. They did everything promised, plus more, at a very reasonable price! They arrived on time and immediately vacuumed the carpeted areas- a first for me at the beach, although I've always used highly rated, reputable companies here. They also set up fans to dry carpet as they finished each room (so they would be aware before leaving if any stains reappeared and needed more attention). I loved that because I did have 3 small stains reappear and they were able to treat them before leaving. They also cleaned an area rug, upholstery, and fabric chair pads. I had to two dogs a nd a cat in my house so, I'm sure those who have had animals understand the odor that comes along with this responsibility. I've tried all types of product to remove the "pet stench", nothing seem to work to my satisfaction! Ethan did a great job being professional throughout the entire process from scheduling an appointment on the phone to performing the service. I needed to get the carpets in the condo I was renting cleaned before moving out and he was able to accommodate me on short notice. Showed up a couple minutes early and the carpets looked great when he was finished. They even left us some booties so we wouldn't dirty the carpets while they were drying. Very impressed with the company. They called me to confirm appointment - let me know what time they would arrive, called me 15 minutes before they arrived. Very professional!. Now for the job they did, WOW - fantastic job. Two large dogs had my carpet in great dispair. What looked like dark gray dingy carpet is now the real color - a soft beige. Unbelievable what these guys did. And they did not arrive with a list of "add ons" to upsale the deal like special spot remover or deodorizers. My carpets smell wonderful and the spots are all gone. These guys are great! I requested a quote through Yelp and they got back to me right away! Jim was very friendly and explained why they were different from the other companies. They cleaned my carpet and my couch. I have white carpet in my house and with 3 kids, it was a mess! When they were done the carpet was bright white again. They came. They cleaned. They left. Amiable, professional, explained what they were doing and why. Does my grout look new? No, but it looks better than it ever has after a cleaning. Are all the stains out of my area rugs? No, but only on the hall runner that gets all the "first feet." And some sort of very dark substance was impervious to all attempts to remove it. The sunbrella covers were all of 10 years old- I had been struggling for years washing them in my machine- and trying to get them back on right.
