Quaint, medium sized, antique mall. Setup in individual stalls (each having their own separate sellers) that vary by theme. Stumbled across this place while exploring the outer regions of the Atlantic City area. They have a good mix of vendors & Prices are good . My wife and I took the trip down the the Antique Marketplace because she was looking for a specific piece for our kitchen. We had been in contact with a seller via Facebook so we knew the piece was there. We set up a time and we went down. The place is pretty cool and they have a wide selection. It's one big store, but different sellers. Mostly on consignment. We walked around for a bit and finally found our item upstairs. We went back down to the register and settled up with them. Our seller wasn't there. It was a bit of a hassle because the employees had to confirm price with the seller. We had to wait around for a return phone call. Also had to deal with them complaining about the seller. It wasn't very professional. Overall it was a pretty cool store but I wouldn't make the trip back down. They really do lack in the customer service area. 2 stars read more

OH.... MY.. GOODNESS. This is probably the best antique store I've been to. Not only is the selection of goods extensive, the staff is SO friendly. So, so friendly. One of the guys even encouraged you to walk around and pick things up. A lot of other stores I've been to have signs everywhere saying not to handle items, which I always find rude. I get it, they want the merchandise to be protected, but I feel when your antiquing it's a complete experience. You want to pick up the things you once had as a child. It's exciting! With that said... I really don't even know where to begin. When you walk in the store from the front, it looks as though it would be a small space. But once you get through that first part it opens up into a world of wonderful, old treasures. I literally said oh my God and felt a little overwhelmed at first. I could have easily spent all day and all of my money in the store. There are two floors of just anything you can think of. I feel the prices were a tiny bit steep, but really not too bad AND if you like to haggle, not bad at all. That's just something I'm not good at. Top floor has a lot more furniture and definitely interesting items, but I did find the bottom floor had a lot more of the things I was looking for. Ended up buying a few old wooden crates and an old milk crate. Give yourself a few hours to walk through this diamond in the rough and bring lots of cash, you're going to need it for all of the amazing thing is you're going to find. read more

Best antique store in the area I'd say! Right in downtown Hammonton at a neat location. There's 2 stories packed to the gills with rare finds. I got a cool mid-century coffee table here and on the cheap too, $35! There's a large vinyl record selection. They even have 8-tracks (those will come back in style right?)! Knick knacks, furniture, old clocks, mirrors, clothes, paintings, vintage electronics, this place has it all. Plus there's always new items coming and going so every visit is new & fun. Super nice place with a massive selection. I would like to see a better vintage clothing selection but otherwise it covers a lot. My 4 year old loves the toys and comic selection. I've come a lot but today I came on a Sunday and it was packed. Wow! I'm so glad I get to come on weekdays and have the place to myself to rummage. I had a bad experience with this store. I had called to put a set of dishes on hold and I would give a credit card number and I would come to the store in a few days. I was told that they would be placed behind the counter. After driving an hour and a half to get to the store I was told that they were sold. Visit Days of Olde in Galloway a mile from Smithville with all the shops. They will hold items for several weeks and it is a wonderful store. read more

I was contact by someone at the Antique Marketplace and basically was told if something didn't have a "tag" it means that the item was purchased....beware because the shop is full of items that must have already been purchased. Funny way of doing business!!!! read more

Cool place to peruse but...unless you're ready to take it with you...don't make a purchase here. I purchased a large bedroom suite and when I called to make arrangements to pick it up, I was informed that it wasn't for sale.
