She told me not to be present during the sale. She said and to lock rooms and put an No Access on rooms with valuables I did not want sold. During the two day sale these rooms were broken into d visitors to steal items from me. She allowed and/or was too negligent to stop people breaking into rooms and doors that were locked and with a Do Not Enter Sign posted on it 2. Dozens of items are missing and or unaccounted for in the sales list! Some of the things were stolen and Higgins admitted to that fact to me on the phone. 3. Higgins' Itemized sales list shows no picture or accurate description of the items that were sold. Items are haphazardly listed with just the vague generalizations ,leaving no clue or trace as to the accuracy of the item or the actual sales price she collected. Thus, not indicating exactly what item was sold for how much. 4. When I cross-checked Ms Jennings' list with the actual items that disappeared from the house they do not commute. Items were either stolen due to Ms Jennigns' negligence or left unaccounted for. 5. Dishonesty with tags: It was agreed on that only items with a sales tag would be sold. Any and all untagged items she would contact me so as to negotiate a possible sales price. She violated that agreement and sold many items for rock bottom prices though they did not have a sales tag and without letting me know or consulting with me in regards to the price. 6. After I returned to my house, I was in shock about the chaotic condition, it looked like my home to be vandalized and marauded. When on the following day, I tried to address the issues with her over the phone she screamed at me and did not allow me to finish a sentence. Anytime I brought up an issue she veered off into another direction and commenced to speak to me in a taunting abusive manner. I finally put an end to her tirade and told her I was not interested in arguing with her or engaging with her abusive manners. Instead, I would just write my online reviews and contact the franchise. She told me she didn't care. I sent a follow-up text to summarize the approximate sales numbers she had given me. She shot back a nasty text :"We are done talking" After that I contacted the Blue Moon CEOs Nick Sell. When I explained what had transpired Nick Sell confirmed to me that he would consider removing Higgins from her franchise. My recommendation: Stay far and away from Jennifer Higgins. Reviews are there to warn others. Had I been warned I would have never hired Higgins.
