Great course for beginners - serious golfers should avoid it…read more Yes, you always need to call ahead to the course to find out if the course is open to general public play, but that is no big deal in my book. And yes, it is a flat short course. But it is pretty well maintained and very playable. I have played this course at least 5 times over the years when in Sandpoint. Most of the time with beginning players. They love it. If you have a handicap, don't come here expecting to find a test of your golf skills. Just think of it as better than a trip to the driving range. It is definitely worth the green fees.

The worst part about golfing this course was the 6 tribal members with three children playing in front of us. The children lagged behind laying in the fairways and dating even longer our shots. It was the longest round and least enjoyed I've ever played. So I'd saw play at your own risk.

I drove from over an hour away to drop my son off at Soccer in Spokane. I did a little research to see if there was a course with a driving range anywhere near the soccer fields. Liberty Lake came up and was only 25 minutes away. I arrived @ 6:30 and walked into the club house to inquire where I purchase balls for the range. I asked the young man where I get the range balls, and he replied "here, but we close the range @ 6:00 on Mondays and Thursdays for cleaning." Now, I'm not sure what that meant, but that sort of information would be helpful on a website(I did not find it anywhere, and if it's there I will be happy to submit another review owning up to my error. I give everyone 1 time to earn my business.

Very relaxed atmosphere without being rushed through the course. At the turn we stopped for lunch and it was incredible. I had seared ahi tuna tacos that were some of the best I've ever had. You don't think north Idaho and great tuna tacos but I was pleasantly surprised. The course itself was very challenging in a beautiful part of northern Idaho. The pins were set I. The most difficult settings for a tournament they had the day before which made it that much funner. I will definitely be back next season. Be sure to bring extra balls.
